Crafty and there’s no argument

King Richard 3rd has a similar menu now, I had some Korean chicken burger and it was fantastic.

Surely Korean chicken is a euphemism?

Never tried crafty but the best one I've had in leicester was at the rutland and derby.

Edit - Don't judge until you've tried it, they have one no end of awards for their food. All locally sourced and proper gourmet, it is pricey though. I was surprised myself by how good it was.

It's not Leicester, so doesn't really answer the question, but Red Dog Saloon in Nottingham is awesome. There's a few others dotted around, like Liverpool etc, but Notts is the nearest.

Swan Lestas Stilton Burgers

750 grams of quality minced beef

250 grams of grated Long Clawson Stilton

1 Onion finely chopped

1 x teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper

1 x egg

mix in a bowl and mould in hands into tennis ball size then flatten into burger shape (about 3 inches in height)

bbq or put in oven.

Ronseal and genuinely incredible. Apple and cramalized onion chutney go well with it nicely in a burger with a sauce of your choice. Been making these for years and they bring ‘all the boys to my yard.’

There's only really Crafty now to be honest.

Chain or no chain, Byron was ****ing lovely. Absolutely adored their patties medium rare.

Meatcure was shit and is gone, Grillstock literally incinerate everything, the other chains (GBK, HBC, Coast to Coast, Five Guys) are all over priced muck.

I was going to say Byron... Is it not there anymore or has it gone down the pan? Went a few months ago and it was the best burger I've had in the county, outstanding. Been Crafty twice, first time was awful, second time was better but still not really any better than any "gourmet" pub style burger, the drinks are overpriced and the service isn't great

Byron is struggling financially so has closed in a number of locations and I imagine the ground rent on that spot in the high cross was massive.

Gutting really I ****ing loved it, as did all of my friends.

If you're ever on London Road and fancy a burger try Boo. Relatively cheap and I enjoyed it far more than any Crafty I've ever had. The fries are fantastic also

Your ava is pretty small for me to work out who it is on a phone screen and it's probably someone I wouldn't know anyway but at this resolution it looks a lot like Charles Bronson.

Real shame that, the burgers and milkshakes were unbeatable
