And telly and radio on LCFC? Or any men, for that matter? Just finished this weeks shopping list (to be fair it was ghost written by Mrs Oz) I was once interviewed on BBC Leicester when Sven was appointed I tweeted something that Stephen Fry retweeted so.... 2
KingsX Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 There’s only a few (that I know of) but I really appreciate the women on this board. They have heart. There’s a degree of caring for players being discussed, or posters themselves. They clearly feel there are better, more important things in life than provoking or extending a fight. They're here to talk football -- intelligently -- and they have the good nature to realize boys will be boys, meaning the 20 to 80 year old boys. Not to stereotype, but I just realized, of ten or a dozen frequent posters who fit the above bill -- there you will find the women. @Innocent , your OP had a “spoiling for a fight” flavor. Hope I read that wrong, but either way, welcome. This is a good community, and this one’s for you. 2

Mike Oxlong Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 For the avoidance of doubt, I am a bloke. 1
Popular Post Illusion35 Posted 3 December 2018 Popular Post Posted 3 December 2018 Lots of friendly posters here, male and female, doesn’t matter what gender you are, we all support the same team. I’m female for what it’s worth, but I don’t feel that is particularly relevant. 5
Popular Post FoxesDeb Posted 3 December 2018 Popular Post Posted 3 December 2018 I love it here, it's become my favourite place on the internet. It goes much further than the football too, there's a wealth of knowledge and support in many areas, and on the whole most of the posters are friendly. There's sometimes some harmless banter between the sexes but I personally quite like it, after all I'm a woman in what is obviously a very male dominated environment. I like to think we bring something different to some of the discussions though, and we're generally more positive in the match threads ? 11
stripeyfox Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 I'm not a woman but I do have some basic training in how to operate one. Not an expert though... 2
stripeyfox Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 Dare I suggest OP that you are looking for an issue that doesn't exist here? It's sound here, just take a look in the Depression thread for evidence of how wonderful posters are in helping each other. I have never seen any discrimination on here. Plenty of abuse when people say stupid things, yes but not due to their gender. Welcome aboard! 1

Popular Post BecGriff9 Posted 3 December 2018 Popular Post Posted 3 December 2018 I'm a woman and a lesbian does that mean I get bonus points for being a stereotypical female supporter? Seriously though you're actually just coming across as a little bit bitter and as others have said looking for an issue that doesn't exist. I don't post very often but read the forum daily, that's not because I'm a women, mostly because am at work when I read it and don't have the time to post anything. 17

That's how I got chucked out of TB by the venerable Jeff. you don't need to be a woman to get banned from TB or FT for that matter. Not quite sure why you're making such a big thing about your sex. We're on an anonymous football forum - what does it matter if you're male, female or something else?
