Anyone want my ticket for Watford?

Recommended Posts

I was just down at Morrisons having left my season ticket on the passenger's seat while I was doing my shopping. I came back to find that my car window was broken. So I looked around the car to see what had been taken but everything including my season ticket card seemed to be there. But beside my ticket there were 4 more.

Did he throw it in the bin?

Nope, He's been a fan since the 60s and moans at me for not going because of the manager (but gladly takes the ticket). Then calls me tonight before the game was over, I asked if he'd left he said yes (before the penalty was taken) even he's had enough. But unlike me he will return for the next game. People will call me plastic and I don't care, I'd rather spend time with my kids than sit there bored and watching my team lose which winds me up and puts me in a bad mood.

Of course I'll take it if you're serious.  Let me know what you want for it.

If you can't actually SUPPORT during times when we're poor (but still in the top flight) then I'm guessing you're probably best off not going at all again.

Tbh, the rational bit of me should give up my ticket and do the multitude of things that would be more useful than standing in a piss poor away end as we let Watford roll us over. But most of me isn't rational so I hold out hope for an up for it away end, making light of a shit situation and a result from the 11 on the pitch.

I'll give you £10 to take it away!

Dear Tony,

I had initially ruled out accepting your kind offer but over the course of today I have reconsidered and decided to accept.

PM me so that I can let you know where to send the ticket and cash.

Best wishes,

Mike
