Just logged in to get Luton tickets and there was 1 spare ticket pop up for Man U. Has that happened to anyone before?

Yes, happens quite regularly, especially closer to the game. Returns from staff, players, maybe away scheme, who knows what the club do.

Leicester City supporters travelling to Old Trafford for the Foxes’ Premier League clash against Manchester United on Saturday 14 September (3pm BST kick-off) are being warned to expect an increased build-up of traffic before and after the game.

- Leicester City face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday 14 September (3pm BST kick-off)
- The OVO Energy Tour of Britain also takes place across Greater Manchester from 11am-3pm BST on the same day
- An increased build-up of traffic is expected before and after the game

Brendan Rodgers’ side will head to the North West this weekend looking to extend their unbeaten start to the season against the Red Devils following two wins and two draws from their opening four top-flight fixtures.

Also taking place from 11am-3pm BST on the same day is the OVO Energy Tour of Britain, with the stage beginning in Altrincham town centre and ending on Deansgate in Manchester.

This will be the first time in 15 years that Britain’s biggest professional cycling race will take place in Greater Manchester, with all 10 of the city’s boroughs featuring in the final stage on Saturday.

An increased build-up of traffic is expected before and after the game against Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s men and Foxes fans are being advised to plan accordingly.

Tram. It's easy. I always get off at either Old Trafford or Salford Quays.

On a different note I thought the train still runs.

Three of us already going to the game but a friend wants to go. Just a single ticket. Can pick them up from you today providing you are Leicestershire based. Been on this forum since 2007 so trusted I'm a trusted individual!

I normally use the tram to exchange quay (Eccles or media city trams) from Piccadilly / Piccadilly gardens it’s about a 10 minute walk to the away end and seems easier to get back into Manchester after the game than some of the other tram stops.
