Very odd, they gave Lincoln just under 6,000 in the FA cup last year. Maybe Leicester didn’t take full allocation on the premise of having to pay for unsold seats which is sometimes the case.

No, Everton have given us the normal allocation. The EFL Cup runs under EFL rules, those state a minimum of 2,000 must be allocated to the away team. Everton have obviously allocated us the normal PL allocation which is fair enough. Everton will sell out so they haven't given us more.

I've been to Everton four times, but still not sure on the best place to be?

Have to do a lot of straining at the back of the bottom tier, but the middle bit seems like it's a letterbox and the upper tier has stantions towards the back? What, in people's humble experience, is the best place to be to stand and actually see the whole pitch?

I've only been once and was in Lower Bullens, I think restricted view by a pillar. I went to the back at HT just to see what it was like and it was terrible. I think I want Upper Bullens for this one.

Maybe Lower Bullens but one of the front few rows is the "best" view.

Look at view from my seat:

Appears so... excellent ticketing knowledge Krefelder 👍

It's near Christmas, we've got Man City away on the Saturday (what's looking like to be an interesting game and up in the North West again).

People prioritise at this time of year.

But I reckon if it was a semi final we'd take 4k.

Yeah so do I. It's a great ground for those that can't get in the league fixture either.

Yes, I have only been once and am on holiday when the PL fixture comes around this season. And I really like the ground. So making the most of this cup game. Let's hope we beat our QF curse!
