Thanks. I'll be watching my son in a Shakespeare play. Oh the joys of parenthood. :)

Did the Rainieri play get fired?

Completely understand the Palace fan’s attitude. London is chaotic in that rush hour period and a 7.30pm kick off adds to it. A lot of London based clubs kick off their midweek games at 8pm to help with congestion

Weird ain't it???

Thanks for the reminder.

Why's it 7.30?

Mentioned this in one of the other threads, but it essentially gives them maximum 'match time' on air, so viewers will stay engaged - and crucially, on their platform - for longer.

7:30-8:15 Match A 1st half

8:15-8:30 Match B 15mins

8:30-9:15 Match A 2nd half

9:15-10:00 Match B 2nd half.

2.5 hours of solid, back-to-back football, each day. Presumably that'll be great for their viewing figures and engagement scores, and give them greater bargaining power next time the tv slots are up for negotiation. I'm guessing they'll benefit financially as well, somehow.

Amazon Prime watch live ..

Utter disgrace, 41 seconds behind the action.

How can the get away with this sht?

Obviously with the distribution, there is lag, but for comparison

Sky 4 seconds, bt 3 seconds.

Not good enough, by a long way.

It's kind of the norm when you're watching sports over the internet. Most Leicester games I watch are on a sight delay, so you have to be a bit careful about checking your phone while you're watching.

Some of my friends have alerts for certain matches automatically sent to their phone, so you occasionally will hear the vibrating of someone's phone before a goal lol

If you watch Sky on the go or BT via the app the lag will be much more than on TV too.

The least lag is in the actual stadium.

why does it matter? if you are watching the match turn the alrets off on your phone if you get score updates. IF you are in play betting you would never be that quick at getting a bet on anyway.

I honestly don't get way people get annoyed by lag?

Utter Disgrace? Come on fella, get a grip. Like others have said, BT, Sky etc all have a lag, it was Amazon's first go at this, they'll get better but they also cannot control other peoples internet connections etc. Watching over the internet there is always going to be a lag, SKY is NEVER 4 seconds over the internet compared to live, we are at home for all the "live" amazon matches anyways so if you don't like the lag, then go to the game, if you can't.....well just deal with the alleged 41 seconds!

What kind of delay are we talking in the actual stadium?
