Yet we've heard from a few players in the academy who have said they were refused loans/called back from loans to try and help win the PL2 which is a bull shit meaningless process.

Does anyone actually happen to know why his name changed from Ughelumba to Bassey seemingly overnight without explanation? Presumably it's a personal thing but can't say I'm not curious.

His Instagram has been Bassey for at least a year, possibly longer. I presume it's harder to change the name on the back of the shirt after registration
