That's very odd is it not?

Just found this, apparently picked up an injury in Leuvens last game so didn't travel

Also just realised if we do integrate him into the first team this summer, he is another one gone for AFCON in January

Can’t say I’ve ever watched Leuven play, but from skimming this thread am I right to believe Sowah is going to be the next Jeff Schlupp? lol

Not even close. What gives you that impression? Is it because of Schlupp's Ghanaian ancestry?

Can the Belgian guys here settle an argument we’ve been having over on the Dennis Praet thread? Being pedantic and having nothing better to to do, we’ve been discussing how to pronounce his name.

Commentators universally pronounce it as Pratt. I seem to remember being told it should be pronounced Prart, but there is now a 3rd option suggested as Pre-at (I take that to be 2 syllables “Pree‘ and “at”). Any advice? Cheers.

It's pronounced 'Praht' as a singular syllable - similar/identical to the 'aa' sound you often see in Dutch names.

It is definitely neither Pratt or Pre-at (that one is new to me!)

From what I’ve read he seems unorthodox, unpredictable but with flashes of brilliance, similar to how Schlupp was. Do you think he’s good enough / will get an opportunity here?

I don't think he's good enough yet to be a starter, no. But with the right guidance he could already make an impact next season off the bench. He might effectively be a part of the reason that we will not go through with the Under deal.

Title winning Jeff? Competent premier league squad player Jeff? Always scores against Spurs Jeff? Won’t complain if he does turn into Schlupp as a free pick up

This afternoon 6th placed OH Leuven face 3rd placed Genk, where 3 points would help Leuven maintain their 6th place, whilst moving them within 1 point of the top 4.

Genk have 4 wins in their last 5 games in all competitions, with their last game being a 2-2 draw at home to Standard Liege. In the last 5 games they have beaten Anderlecht and KV Mechelen in the cup, and Cercle Brugge and Charleroi in the league. Their best players this season have been Theo Bongonda (12 goals and 4 assists) and Paul Onuachu (25 goals and 2 assists) who both have a WhoScored rating of 7.44 so far this season.

Last time these 2 teams met was the 2nd game of the season which ended in a 1-1 draw, with Henry scoring an 85th minute equalizer.

Leicester Loanees: Kamal Sowah starts, Filip Benkovic on the bench, Josh Eppiah not in the squad - Andy King also not in the squad
