Would be great if Archer can be fit for the next Ashes down under. 

I really think they fear him.

 

Joffra, Wood, Potts, Stone, Atkinson & Carse etc is a decent attack on Australia's faster, bouncy tracks.

And they are thinking of  calling up Worrell from Surrey .

I don't know too much about him tbh. If he's quick, tall & takes wickets, that's great.

Fair point, but when the other batters are in this mood I'm not sure how much it matters. Duckett, Brook (from 9 off 20 to 72 off 52) and (hopefully) Livingstone again, too.

Ending up double booking so got 8 tickets instead of 4 for the old Trafford test next summer. Anyone interested in the spare 4?!? Won’t be sat next to my group 

 

Eng v India, Fri 25 July 2025, 4th test, day 3. Old Trafford 
4 spare category 2 tickets. 
£90 each.

This second test between India and Bangladesh could end up being very fun. 4th day and India just starting their first innings but based on the start they are going to try and smack off a lead quickly and force a result

284-7 currently. Off 33 overs. 

Not sure what target they'd see as helping to get a result. Wonder how Bangladesh will approach it once they bat again...

Assuming just enough to back themselves to bowl them out quick enough that they could quickly chase down any smallish total

Seems to have worked. 

95 needed left to win after bowling them out for 146.

Yeah Bangladesh have shown at times in this series alone they are capable of doing damage and off the back of the win in Pakistan
