On a pitch like this it's a case of get as many as you can before a delivery gets you. Crawley and Duckett need to get off to a flier to give us a chance.

On this pitch I think it is. You can't bed in on this one, you will get a ball with your name on it.

 

Go hard and score what you can before that, risky as it may be. Which suits the style of this England team perfectly.

As for  England, well... while the style they've got succeeds much more often than when it falls, but when this style of play fails, it tends to be spectacular.

It’s a shame Pakistan felt the need to create a sand pit like this but I suppose it’s their only chance against a much superior. If it’s a road in the last test, we’ll batter them again.

Let them get too many in both innings. Need to be better against the tail, Stokes cleverness works well against good batsman but over complicates it against the lower order.

 

Don't think you should be allowed to have the same pitch moving forward. Pakistan would be stupid not to get the pitch for the 3rd test as spin friendly as possible. 

 

Talk before the series was that Pakistan don't have great spinners an they've got 7 and 8 wickets in each innings. Ever obliging England.
