Groundsman should absolutely be getting a tap on the shoulder about this.

Or is just that both India and Oz bowling attacks are awesome.

Only been watching Aus innings but pitch doesn't seem to be doing anything crazy

Then it may well be outstanding bowling which both sides are capable of.

Only just looked at the score. Crazy pitch? Excellent bowling? Or is it another example of batsmen not being able to bat properly anymore, and adapt to situations and pitches quickly. Add in the lack of red ball practice the players have.

What are the chances of Kohli retiring from tests after this series if this form continues?

If this form continues he should stay in...

His record in Australia is decent isn't it, obviously good if he helps to win this series, but whether it just pushes the issue down the road

I think it does for a lot of the senior players that have been around for over a decade.

These Aussie pitches are making me think Woakes could do a job after all next winter.

If Jaiswal can cash in this series, and Bumrah keeps fit, then the Aussies are going to find it hard to win the series imo.

Putting in a nightswatchmen to lose your number 3 anyway is absolutely hilarious, the fact it’s the aussies is even better.

Jaiswal an insane talent, also.

Nice early wicket to kick off proceedings in what will hopefully be an absolute embarrassment for the Aussies.

Although it is a reminder of when we scored a mammoth 36 runs in an innings then went on to win the series...
