Im hoping villa go at them a bit, all the Chelsea players will be thinking of the CL final and not wanting to get injured

I think we all hope that. The problem is, Chelsea know they're favourites to miss out on the CL altogether if they don't win today, as Man City will start as favourites in the final. I don't mean to piss on anyone's chips, but I don't see Chelsea players bottling out of challenges because they have another game after this, however important. I hope, I really hope I'm wrong and you're right.

Just need grielish to start the game and then he will do gown after any touch and wind them up rudiger to get sent off because he is a t*** Chilwell to score an og mass brawl to break out Chelsea deducted another 15 points and miss out in Europe altogether

Substitute Wes Morgan last minute bicycle kick to win it after Hodgson's Palace hold Liverpool to a draw. Nailed on.

Couple of mentions that Kamal Sowah might be in the squad on Twitter - he is listed in the club's list of U21 players (as it is limitless), but I don't know whether that means he can return to play for us this season or not. PL Handbook is a bit vague with regards to 'international transfer certificates' and the like.

Would be useful if we needed some pace second half?

He has been in the training photos for today so it means he definitely has his work permit sorted

But still I think it would be a bit weird if he turned up in the squad today, loan contracts usually run until the end of the month

Depends if Leuven agreed to it ending at the end of April rather than May, given their season was done and dusted by then. I'm sure there used to be (and maybe still is) contention around players getting their loans extended to cover play-offs that have run over into June?

Seeing some stuff on Twitter about turning up at the ground or being allowed in at specific times?

Done the questionnaire and had nothing about a set time to enter?

Not like we've had to pay for clappers before but more free food and drink is always welcome :D

No it won't get airtime because your club is falling apart!

Or maybe the £60 covered the food? 😂

Seriously doubt the players left back in North London are their world class ones. Like the blind optimism though!

Agreed. Kane is level with Salah for Golden Boot. No way he doesn't play.

Not sure Kane will be worried about that. If the prize was a golden 'shoe' and a farrier for the day, we'd be in trouble.

It's ludicrous to think Chelsea would be holding anything back in this game, knowing they're huge underdogs to qualify if they don't win and we do.  The reason I don't think it's totally impossible they don't win is simply because Vila is a decent side and Graelish is capable of wonder goals against any opponent at any time.

Because free hot food suddenly fixes the ESL, furlough scheme and redundancies.

They are and he is, but it's a lot to expect of a player returning from a lengthy injury to deny Chelsea. You're right though, Villa are capable alright, I've been quite impressed with Watkins this season and McGinn has not only impressed, but had a recent rich vein of scoring form. In no way is all hope lost but we're rightly underdogs of the 3 teams chasing 2 places. We like being underdogs though.

Villa have nothing really to play for. Surely they will play a few youth players and with John Terry at Villa aswell he will be in ear of Dean Smith to play as many kids as possible.

Can't see Chelsea dropping points.

Hopefully a few twists and turns this afternoon

Good Lord. I thought it was under done bacon until I read the caption. Shocking looking thing.

At least the Spurs supporter that posted it had a sense of humour.
