Mike Oxlong Posted 23 May 2021 Posted 23 May 2021 Can we also ban those who advocate bans ? On that basis I’ll accept a ban

Yes those four above us get a few more quid and extra chance of the big mercenaries joining them (who would never join us anyway). Who will be talking about who finished 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/17th/ whatever in years to come? OUR NAME IS ON THE FA CUP. It wasn't a couple of weeks ago. I'm bloody delighted with the season. We also might win the Europa. Let's just keep building and for those who feel we aren't doing enough or aren't building quick enough; well you have: - 4 teams who finished above us in the league (none of which won the FA cup this year) - 87 (league) teams who finished beneath us (and plenty of non -league) So which club offers more success, drama etc? Which are they jumping ship for? I love this club and its my club forever and yes we lost a game today and guess what ... we will lose matches in future. 1

Best of luck!

I think it’s a bit weird to be delighted with missing the chance to qualify for the CL and everything it would mean for the club (finances, prestige, player retention, etc) but each to their own. Today is pretty horrifying from my perspective and I’m gutted with how it’s gone, just like I was delighted last weekend 3 1

I wish they'd just dust off their old Man United and Liverpool shirts and clear off, to be honest. If it takes a few 10th place finishes to get our real club and identity back then I'm game. So you can't be disappointed with the way the season ended? Don't be so stupid. To get so close, twice, is a great achievement but it's so disappointing as well. It's unlikely we'll ever get a better chance.

Can't work out which of those camps you would sit it; but either way I suspect you shall get your wish.

I wouldn't trust half of them to make me a burger or a coffee (and let's face it, they are either on the dole or doing just that). Its frankly worrying that they are allowed free on the internet. How have they not all been scammed out of all of their money? Can we somehow riddle their computers with viruses? Its for their own good. Are you ok? You sound like your ranting? You could always log out if it bothers you that much.

Foxinscouseland Posted 23 May 2021 Posted 23 May 2021 Disappointed re today’s result but proud of our team to win FA cup, a Europa league place and some of the best football I have seen in more than 45 years as a city fan. It’s the stuff of dreams, the drive home after Stoke was painful, and only 13 years ago, it makes our success even sweeter. Up the City

Best thing to do is wet our pants about it and moan and cry about it like an entitled mega club a week after winning the FA cup for the first time in our history? WOW. Okay. I didn't think that was the culture we had at this club; but you do you. 1

Half of them probably don't realise they are a football team. Just a cricketer who got in a fight to them!
Koke Posted 23 May 2021 Posted 23 May 2021 Most moronic suggestion I've seen on FT and I've been on here for 14 years. 2 1

Nobody is entitled, but the fact we've spent 95% of the season in the top four (and then to not finish in it) is disappointing. Fans can be upset, what's the problem from your point of view? Guest kristianity77 Posted 23 May 2021 Posted 23 May 2021 Considering you want a ban hammer for people that moan or don't agree with your opinion, you moan quite a lot and don't agree with what other people's opinions are....🤣

Hollism Posted 23 May 2021 Posted 23 May 2021 Cannot stand this attitude. Trying to police who the “real fans” are. There are probably some exceptions, but most of us remember how bad it got after MON left. Our lowest ever league finish, the longest period in our history outside of the top flight. Dreaming of establishing ourselves as a PL club and having a nice cup run. I never thought it would get better than that Knockheart goal on Star Wars day, right before the Deeney goal. Anyway it’s not relevant. I’m livid with the fact we’ve collapsed twice in two years having worked so hard to get ourselves in an unlikely position where we can tap in to the elite footballing competition. Am I grateful to BR and the squad for achieving our second best ever season? Yes, very. I’m as proud as ever to call myself a Leicester fan. Am I angry that we got 11 points from our last 10 games to fall short by only 3 more? Yeah. If anyone’s gonna question who is a “real fan”, we should be looking at those who don’t seem that arsed about it all. Thinking about it, perhaps we had too many people of this mindset at the KP today. It wasn’t just certain players who didn’t show up. At least we took our singing voices to Wembley. 2 2

Alright - you lot cry in to your LCFC pillows (acquired within the last 5 years and certainly not before) about losing to Spurs and not making the HUGE BIG BOYS MONEY LEAGUE. I'll enjoy a 5th place finish and an FA cup (you know, an actual trophy?). I have one thing you don't. Perspective.

If we're not good enough for you; take your pick from the 4. One question... will you be back with your tail between your legs if we finish above one of those 4 next year?

Fair play for the parody of this, thought it was a serious suggestion before the above.

I actually can't take you seriously 😂 didn't realise I had to go through you to get my official Leicester city supporters badge. Joker. I never said I won't/haven't enjoyed the season as a whole. You usually wait for the rest of foxestalk to tell you what your opinion is and then just parrot it. Do you know how you feel about Covid? Whats your plans for the summer? Do you know what you're having for dinner? Or do you need to consult some other people first? Laughable.
420Hashish Posted 23 May 2021 Posted 23 May 2021 I think we're all fckin annoyed that a result played into our hands but we bottled it against Bottleham Spuds, so it's pretty likely the entire fanbase will have knee-jerk reactions this early on. Give it a few days so that the fans can calm down.
