Pennant seems to just be size though, he's got that low centre of gravity and speed.

 

Is he related to jermaine?

 

Friend of mine played flip cup with jermaine pennant last Saturday. Lad knows nothing about football and said what a decent bloke he was. Told him not to look at the stories about him then.... 🤣

Yes him and Terell are his nephews. Both are small and stocky too. There aren't that many strikers his size anymore though, the days of players like Tony Cottee doesn't happen that often anymore. Only really small striker I can think of in the PL right now is Connolly at Brighton.

Wonder if Alves and Wanya Marca are in any of the Portuguese youth squads. Alves is a curious one as he's English with Portuguese heritage but from what I can find out he's been involved more with Portugal at youth level than England and neither since the pandemic.

Wanya is with the U20’s. Just seen it on Twitter.

Under 18s: 2 minutes in and are 1-0 down

 

Under 23s: MAY have had a corner... only match info I have been able to find so far lol

Under 23s vs Arsenal

 

Looks to be 0-0 at half time and still no information anywhere on the lineup, found one website which seems to have the match stats though
