Braybrooke looks great. I've not really watched the other promising youngsters play too much. But Braybrooke has stood out. I'm fairly sure Luke Thomas would have captained the u18 too. He definitely captained the u17s at any rate. This England experience should help these get decent loans when the time comes.

It's good to see us have several youth England players, it's not something we've been blessed with even in our recent successful years.

Is Pennant with them this time around? I didn't see him in the squad last week.

He isn't in the squad today either, so I guess not

Stolarzyk seems to have gone off the scene this season so far!

Been told by Brendan that he’s wasting his time playing 23s football and is around the first team squad. Promised a loan move in Jan.

Hope we have given him a proper development plan

....I  wonder who the offer from Germany was from!!!

Lovely player, with the influx of players from the continent the British players are playing in a style far removed from the past even 20 years.

For him personally I would rather see him go abroad, I feel they give their players a better understanding of the game and in his position it will be an invaluable lesson.

To have a home grown Leicester player in the fashion of Tielemans plying his trade and watching him develop would be something, either way, I wish him all the best.

Leipzig i'd imagine. English DOF and they've got lots of English youth in their B team.

They absolutely ****ing love him. If he can bulk up physically we have a player on our hands. 17 and playing for the 23s whilst we normally just go for the biggest guy in the room demonstrates how highly rated he is.

Yeah, he's pure sauce. Reminds me of Modric in hair and playing style.

It's funny, for all the abuse I give our academy we have a few coming through that could be lethal.

Like I've said there's high hopes for a number of youths we have currently.

Grist, wanya, Jethro, popov, the pennants, Nelson, Brad Young and Sammy.

Agreed, you've also missed Will Alves out as well, the clubs biggest prospect. Rudkin has made him a number of promises regarding his future.....

Kasey McAteer if bulks up can be a top player has that low sense of gravity, eye for a pass and can finish.

....also now being pushed (playing at a higher age level) with the opportunity to showcase their talent!!!

Players featuring due to skillset as opposed to age.

Yes, he possibly gets overlooked for the more skillful players but he's got a knack for scoring goals and is a very versatile midfielder. Could well see him comfortably make it to League One/Championship level or higher and wouldn't be surprised to see him develop in to a wing back.

...I think he is much better than that...!!!

I feel he is one of the more mature players in the team.

Way too early to say, thst is still a very good level. He needs to go out on loan in Jan or next season to League One and see how he fares.

It would be amazing to keep the production line of young talent coming through the academy to follow the likes of Barnes, Thomas etc., into the first team.

With Vardy and Kasper moving on in the next few years, It feels essential for the club's soul to have a core of players coming through the setup who understand the club and its values.

He's not been in the squad for any of those either. It's been either Brad Young or Odunze.

Until Dyche gets hold of them....... although if he can get the 'development clause' he has in his Burnley contract into a new Leicester 1 he'll be rubbing his hands all the way to the bank.
He currently receives 5% of sale price on any academy player sold.
