Ah yeah forgot about that, just had a look back through the thread and it happened during the Man Utd U23 game at the start of the season

"Unfortunately, MUTV are unable to show the game live due to broadcasting restrictions which mean a Premier League 2 fixture cannot be screened if a Premier League game is taking place at the same time."

Bit of a stupid rule really, not sure they will miss the few hundred people who would watch the under 23s instead

It wouldn't hurt to kick off the U23 game at 6pm instead though. Surely they could get round it that way?

Too simple a solution, need to make it harder, under 23s kick off at 10:30pm

We can't watch the match because the prem is worried West Ham and Leicester fans may choose not to look at Everton vs Wolves's advertisers on the telly? Such bullshit.

Spencer-Adams is new to me. We're rocking the double-barrelled surnames today.

Good to see us persisting with starting the U18’s

Yeah it is. Quite an unbalanced team though, they've looked  lot poorer overall since going to 3-4-1-2 and our best player in Maswanhise has now been dropped too to persist with it. We even have a left footed defender back fit and opting not to play him.

Was at Watford and released in the summer, another shopping out the scrat bin signing typical of our academy.

I don't even want to read the twitter feed. Those goal celebration gifs are a huge disappointment. I wish they'd bring back teletext and the live score pages. I miss the days of staring blankly into my television's 8 colour display desperately waiting for it cycle back to leciester's page only to read the news of yet another own goal conceded. The good old days.

...could this be the start of the academy playing the same way as the first team!!!

What is the set up for the U18s?

U18's have changed to the same, fair enough but our first team are about to change back to a back 4 very soon.

Did you mean formation or starting slowly and conceding the first goal ??

Probably more worried about Liverpool and Manchester u. If you paid a lot for the rights I suppose you want as many viewers as you can.

Switched to a 4 at the back (I think)

Alves, Spencer-Adams, and Wakeling off

Maswanhise, Ewing, and T. Pennant on

No striker now, lovely

Be Pennant or Maswanhise I imagine?

Although like you say, neither are actually strikers, formation is weird whatever it is

1 full back, 2 centre backs, 2 defensive mids, 2 centre mids, 3 wingers
