Interesting perspective

but entropy has been increasing since the Big Bang which makes me think time existed before humans

On this planet time is only a human concept. So until we know of other life forms  that also use time. It had no use before us and only exists in our minds.

Bollocks. Time is the 4th dimension. One moment after another. The existence of humans has no bearing on it.

According to salary sport.com his salary is 3,100,000 a year. The other salaries listed seem about right so I have to assume his is as well.

If that site is correct then Ndidi needs a raise immediately

I'm sure his agent is on the case right now along with those of Tielemans, Soyuncu,Barnes etc.

I'd hope so, with Morgan, Fuchs, Slimani and Gray gone that frees up a lot of wages.

Haven't really heard anything about contracts for those guys a lot though, only Youri of course.

If Leon Bailey ends up going to villa and we just let him slip by it shows we just don't know what our priorities are within the first team.

WE CANNOT GO ANOTHER SEASON WITHOUT A RW.

I'm dreading seeing Perez another season 😫

Just out of curiosity have you actually watch Leon Bailey play the past couple of seasons? The guy is 23 but has the stamina of a 33 year old.

Time is a human concept and clocks are a man made aid. So the clock has not been ticking for 4.5 billion years at all.

So you doubt the existence of a Real World Out There which would exist absent the observer?

These sites also claim Tielemans is on about 30k a week which given he was on triple that at Monaco tax free and was our record signing you can quite quickly surmise they haven't a clue. Even Barnes is unlikely to be on 60 bags a week (he ought to be)

Hamza signed a deal up into 2023 on a rate of  £1'560'000 inclusive of the 4 years that he signed. His annual is £390'000 which equates to roughly to £8-9000 per week.

When he renewed his contract he was just breaking through the development team into the first team when we were having problems with injuries in midfield particularly during that winter in 2019 and he covered sporadically though this in the sqaud although not like Thomas was as consistently playing first team football. 60k is ridiculous.

Leicester city players salary bill is just shy of 100 million a year , about 90 million of that would go to the thirty senior players. I make that an average of 3 million a year . Hamza is about average so work it out for yourself. I would say Man. Utd's salary bill is more than twice ours. Top footballers in the premiership elite get extremely high pay.

I'm aware of PL players salaries. You can't just add and subtract players salary based on other teams and the law of 'averages'. Hamza was plucked from the development squad at the time because we had no one else. He had good and bad games during that period.

Hamza was always a player with little flair but very tenacious across the defensive line and I'd say tidy generally. However he can be error strewn, rash, poor positional play and not great with forward balls. He signed his new contract as first time first team player and not a development player as he was before. There is a massive difference in this and the salaries that the club feels that that player is worth.

Yes but players agents are not hired to assess a players capabilities , they are there to get the best deal. You can chose to believe it or not but those are the figures. It illustrates how difficult transfers are at the top level. This is not Football Manager. Hamza is coming up to 24 he is no longer a "young" player.

Hamza is not on 60K per week.

I noticed yesterday that Ghezzal parked himself on the touchline and didn't see the ball.. He came ten yards in and saw more of it. I just don't think we need a touchline hugger anymore.

Your obsession with transfer fees and wages is probably as irritating as my relentless waffling on about wingers and/or how crap Perez is.

We all like to dream Ric but reality keeps butting in. If somebody wants one of our contracted players they have got to make it attractive. Playing time doesn't really wash because , have a couple of bad matches and you are back on the bench. Money as usual has the loudest voice.

I've mentioned adli a lot because

A:He's played across a multitude of positions in various formations BUT he's best on the right as a rf, or slightly tucked in RW. He's even played as a striker at times.

B:. He's very capable of playing in 352 in various spots given that this was toulouses main formation, and he succeeded. Regardless he's not limited to only play in said formation.

Nah because there is actually sense behind saying we need a winger and Perez is crap

We would be strengthened with Mattheus Pereira no doubt ,and if we need a right sided attacker he ticks about every box. I am hoping that something is being worked out with WBA  right now. We are favourites to sign him and then we can put this winger business to bed. Talking of wingers , that over tattooed party boy Sancho is apparently getting 300 grand a week , thank God we are not in that market.

He ain't no light weight is he. He would be harder to get than Pereira though.

Easier as Pereira isn't for sale and Bailey is.

Both want 30m for them both but WBA want 30m plus 25% sell on profit clause.

Pereira is for sale, the manager has frozen him out, potentially willing to loan him out if he isn't sold by the end of the window
