Burnley vs Watford not long called off... hardly big 6.. and Us vs Spurs is still on..    favouritism for bigger clubs??

Well they can’t be too blatant about it! I’ll try and dig back through and list all of the games postponed.

I distinctly recall when COVID was first originally our game against Watford was still going ahead even though we had numerous COVID cases and it wasn’t until Arteta and Arsenal got a few cases that the PL then (seemingly reluctantly) decided to call our game off too.

NO  are you ????

Well one of us seems to have our heads buried in the sand... And I'm pretty sure it's not me calling for an unchanged side when we have players injured that started the last game...

I'd go with a central defense of Wilf and Soumare.

Castagne and Thomas as full backs.

A central midfield of Dewsbury-Hall, Youri and Madders.

Barnes and Albrighton wide, with Vardy/Daka alone up top.

A 4-5-1 with the wide midfielders dropping back to support the full backs, who will tuck in to protect the two midfielders playing centre back.

Keep it tight, hit them on the break.

Almost a 6-3-1 when out of possession.

Do our best to not lose the game.

That sent shivers down my spine! He's a walking calamity at the moment, need him as far from our defense as possible. Honestly rather have Vardy in defense!

I think Amartey will start….might not play the full 90 mind….

I think we're out of options.

If Evans was fit, I'd be all for Nelson starting for Jonny to guide him and keep talking, but if he starts next to a midfielder, it could set his development back months if we get a hiding.

Yes we are out of options but with Hamza also out he won't move Soumare back. Most likely will be a Timmy/Ndidi central partnership with Ricky and Luke either side

from LCFC website:

"It’s an opportunity for somebody else," he added. "There will be opportunities for some of our younger players to be involved and experience being in and around the Premier League. I’m always optimistic. It’s an important way to be.

So perhaps Brunt and Nelson who were on the bench at the w/end?

Don't think any of them are ready to start if I'm honest.

I think Finch has got a tight hamstring and Avocet is amongst those affected by Covid.
