You know full well who I mean. A tiny excited bunch who think up a load of niche songs no one knows the words to which never catch on. Mumbling a load of nonsense most of the time.

Definitely couldn't be accused of being too exclusive on Saturday or during the Liverpool home game for that matter. Mostly songs that have been sung for years or ones more proven to catch on.

This is not a serious post btw but will deter from some UFS bashing for a post at least

cant remember the proper name of the song, but the one they sang to Vierra.

james Madders oh,oh,oh

james Madders oh,oh,oh

He likes to watch the darts

He falls when someone farts

This is the reason why I’m not in the music industry along with ,I can’t sing or play a musical instrument .

I’m sorry I dare criticise the UFS. I know you’re the UFS spokesperson on here however I find the whole ultra thing embarrassing. Just like palace. I’m all in favor of standing, chanting and singing sections and always stand and sing at Leicester games however I don’t like the ultra groups. No place for it in English football.

Well all I can say is that the singing section on Saturday was an undoubted success. Good mix of people with UFS and the lads at the back starting getting things going especially in the second half. It was mostly classic Leicester songs that have been sung for years getting an airing too. If that's what it's like for a home FA cup game against lower premier league opposition with a weaker side out then I would love to see what it could be like for a big league game.

It was still powderpuff, quiet and a bit embarrassing. Watford get battered every where they go, that song is cringe worthy and used too much by every team. You could hear about 200 Watford fans over the home fans at many times in the first half especially. I'm also against the ultra type elements, very sad with artisan flags and songs no one knows.

That came from L1, did not come from SK1.

Artisan flags, come on. Two flags in the colours of our first ever kit, hardly a mega mega crime that.

I think your line you keep saying about songs no on knows has been proved not true.

I actually quite like the one that I've heard to the tune of country roads...

"He scores goals and sets up goals

He in our number teeennn

James Maddison, £20 million

He scores goals and sets up goals"

I think it's fair to say that nobody outside of SK1 knows the James Maddison song tbf.

SK1 on Saturday sang Iwan Roberts' song, Steve Walshs', Molly Malone, Bring on the Sunderland & Arsenal, Leicester score etc

All ripped off from PAOK's ultras.

Didn't know Iwan Roberts and Steve Walsh played for PAOK!!!

Everyone is entitled to challenge the songbook/chants. Importantly, people should be giving ideas to make the atmosphere better (which a fair few do, including UFS). I don't think it's fair to bash those sort of groups for trying to change the atmosphere. I agree to an extent that simple songs are best because 80% of Leicester fans (or football fans in general) are not that switched on. However, it is nice to have something new and something different. If people didn't think outside of the box we wouldn't be driving cars or using the internet to write absolute b0llocks on FoxesTalk!

I would be up for having a more traditional English atmosphere like Leeds, but I don't believe that we have the mass buy-in and the siege mentality that they have. They have bigger support that are based in the north of England who take a tremendous amount of pride in being disliked.

I do believe having an organised group that create some sort of focal point in the ground and has regular contact with the club to lobby for singing sections and standing sections is the way to go. There are songs like Maddison one that are never going to catch on, which I agree should be scrapped, but I think the biggest thing stifling UFS is their current location and lack of room to grow, which are both things that could be resolved with a regular singing section which covers a whole block.

Right so the majority crowd knows the Daka and Maddison chant do they? Cos only that corner sings it (drones it) So how has it proved not true? it's embarrassing and the away fans at the other corner can't hear a thing. At least at Palace half that end sing in unison as you can hear it at the other end of the ground. Don't get me wrong we need a better atmosphere but that corner aint the answer at all.

Im not sure what you are you saying in regards to the Daka and Maddison chant?

I replied to your point on the ‘gets battered’, saying that was L1’s doing.

If the away fans can’t hear SK1 well i’m personally not too fussed. Id want Leicester players to hear the support not the away fans.

That corner spot high up is not the answer agreed, everyone knows this. UFS have been working for years to get out of it.

Currently looks like to me that you want rid of clappers and whole stands signing in unison but I don’t want anyone to do anything to actually change that and just carry on as we are.

Do think it’s a shame the club pulled the UFS matchday stall. It doubled up as a place for supporters to have a chat with the guys on it. Stops the bashing on here which really just goes around in circles.

Doesn’t everyone know the Daka chant? I thought it was pretty well liked and has been sung quite a bit at aways.

Also, I think Jim needs to come up to SK1 for a game and see that the songs sung are not in fact ones that the ‘majority of people don’t know’ It’s funny because back when I was in K1 we’d hardly ever sing any of our older songs whereas in SK1 you get a good mix.

**** me why am I being attacked. It's the truth, it's a tiny corner section who make up their own songs which never catch on. I think the biggest fail was the Castagne Chilwell song in the very game he was owning us. The Daka song is shit the Maddison drone is shit there's other Incomprehensible ones or ones which are just boring.

I don’t have any links to UFS - But what’s actually wrong with the Daka song? It’s catchy, everyone can get involved and the lyrics to it aren’t that hard to pick up.

The best solution if you feel like this would be to come up with stuff yourself and get it started at games.

Also, how many grounds have each stand singing, let alone in unison? lol

Er ones with good atmosphere. The holte end at villa. Palaces holmesdale, the stretford end , Elland Road, Even if it's just villa villa villa if it's bellowing loud it can up the ante on the pitch. A group of lads in the corner singing made up indecipherable songs is not going to help atmosphere.

That's the best solution is it? One person make up a song and hope it catches on. No mate that's clearly what's happening now, a few lads think their pioneers but it's just a corner droning songs no one knows. My point which no one seems to get is that if our current songs were sung with way more fervour and in more unison they would be more powerful. Like I say even the holte end just chanting villa repeatedly can be loud and intimidating, the songs don't have to be fooking poetic genius the simple ones and old ones are the best. Hopefully someone understands now....

Not sure if you’re being serious or not anymore but could you elaborate on the songs that just ‘drone on’

Our ‘current’ songs get an airing at every home game multiple times! You must’ve missed the Liverpool game?
