Having a proper look at that Rue Saint-Michel (aka Thirsty Street). Look to be some quality boozers up there, no chance I'm pissing about in just one Irish pub for the duration of this trip.

Just had a nosy online,  it's a small cobbled narrow street,  87 metres long with a bar every 7 metres. We can pack that out.

What’s easier, filling in the plf or going to the arrivals lounge for a few at bham airport until 4am when the rules change. It’s a tough one

You’d miss the game and the flight out there if you did that mate 😂

Edit- No you wouldn’t 😅

Though they won’t let you board the plane in France if you don’t have a PLF. Ironic really given that they’re never usually too fussed on border control

Anyone on the Nantes flight 7.30am Thursday, we have minibus taxis booked with a couple of spare seats going. Leicester to Gatwick and then Nantes to Rennes when we land.

Are these still available? Could fill 2 spaces potentially if so. Thanks for the offer

edit - just the Nantes-Rennes leg please

Anyone staying in Nantes. Meant to be getting there tomorrow evening and have no idea where to drink there.

We may have a bit of a layover there before our train to Rennes, depending on how quickly we get through the airport. Immediately outside the station there are two bars on boats and an Irish pub called Brady's next to the castle.

Haven't looked into it beyond that, though.
