Hi, I've just had this sent from a Chelsea mate who I go England games with.

Surely the wording of this is wrong and would rule a lot of people out?

Also had this sent to me earlier today?

Any help appreciated.

The Lille stadium info looks different to French border admittance.  Perhaps the rules on stadium access are more strict than simply getting into the country - that says if you’ve had your second jab within past 270 days then you’re ok. If before that then you need to have a booster

This appears to be the case. Access into venues is more strict than entry to the country.

Looks like it might be dropped by mid March but that’s media speculation

That’s basically it.

Is the NHS app ok for proof?

I read somewhere that you need to download a French ‘covid-pass’ app to show proof.

NHS app is good.

Hopefully all will be revealed sooner rather than later by the club.

The club have not put anything out on entry requirements for any of the trips so far have they not? Could be wrong but i’m sure they have just linked up the gov.uk site.

I'm not too sure however most others have been more straightforward in as much as if you can get in the country, you can get into the ground & pubs.

If France have different requirements for getting into the country, to getting into the stadium, I'd hope our club would put some clarity on that.

Having said that, it is Leicester City. They are probably still googling if France is in Europe.

I think he was on about Rennes when mentioning ‘the club’ - at the end of the day lcfc are reliant on the snail lovers to provide adequate and timely info. I have a spurs client, they were banned and then unbanned from the city centre around 24 hours before their match out there by the French ‘authorities’

Edit - just read below post. He was on about lcfc

It's just going to be loads of bull dog tattoo clad English blokes walking around holding garlic and baguettes trying to avoid the ban isn't it.

Are you French citizen? "SI seniour"

We will probably get advice on how to get to Reims …..

There’s a French app TousAntiCovid

very easy to download and in English and you can upload your English docs

i used it in the summer and it was very straightforward

You need to scan to enter most places and make will be needed too

This is also useful about rules once in the country. As stated above, there is one rule to actually get in the country, and another to actually do things (like go to the match, bars etc.). This matches the info from Ashley in the original post.

Of course, anything could change within the next 2 weeks.

No Passenger Locator Forms required anymore either?

Just that ''sworn statement' thing?

You'll need a passenger locator form to be completed 24 hours prior to arrive in the UK. That's for the UK government.

France its the sworn statement.

France its the sworn statement.

Have a look at the Jet2 link above, it would be safer to also complete the EU PLF as France still requires it. Might be a risk if you don't complete it and have to do it on your phone at check-in/passport control. Takes 5 mins to do in advance.

France Entry Requirements:

Proof of vaccination (NHS Covid Pass is fine) - last dose must be within 9 months (so mid-June 2021), 2 doses are fine - However, not enough to get into the stadium/bars (see below)

Sworn declaration form

EU PLF

France stadium/bar entry rules:

Proof of vaccination with a booster dose OR the second dose a maximum of 4 months ago (i.e. 17 November 2021)

I also believe that proof of recovery (infection at least 11 days ago, so confirmed on 6 March 2022 and no longer than 6 months ago, so 17 September 2021) is enough but not 100% sure on that

UK entry requirements:

Proof of vaccination

UK PLF

Re the bar/stadium entry requirements, it all depends if anything changes in the next 2 weeks and how strict checks are. Knowing the French, they will check.

Where will the vaccination pass be lifted on March 14, 2022?

From Monday March 14, 2022, the vaccination pass will no longer be compulsory "wherever it applies" on French territory, announced Prime Minister Jean Castex during his intervention on the 1 p.m. newscast on TF1 on March 3. .
It will therefore no longer be required to present the QR-Code of your vaccination pass at the entrance to these establishments open to the public:

-Restaurants, bars and cafes
-Long-distance transport (TGV, Intercités, night trains, domestic flights and inter-regional coaches)
-Campsites, hotels and holiday centers
-Sports establishments (sports hall, swimming pool, gymnasium, ice rink, horse riding facilities, etc.) (…)
