Just cancelled my flight using Wizz Air with its Flex Service....clicked it all through and all of sudden, my booking has disappeared with no credit in the account or a claim. Absolute robbing bastards. 

 

Got straight onto them with proof of purchase and invoice

Same happened to me, I messaged them on Twitter and they said it can take up to 72 hours to show on your account.

I've had nothing and cancelled a couple of days ago. Apparently it takes 72 hours

That’s sounds about right to be sold, they should get 3,000 free tickets to issue out as well, so 6,000 allocation in total

I did this Friday and credit gone into wizz air account today, it takes up to 72 hours to be credited,
