Was in P block tonight and the group got a bit of a cheer when the banner went up and someone said “least these lot make a point” 

 

Having been in both areas, it feels the group is supported better on the other side of the ground.

I really don’t agree with those saying the atmosphere was better second half. Zero coherency amongst those singing and stupid chants aimed at the away fans (who can’t hear us unless the whole stand sings) rather than anything like trying to offer support to the team.

Physical attacks are not justified.

You can chant for Rudkin out its your choice. But you should change the C word it's not a good sound.

I'm not saying it justifies in any way what happened.

If the fan physically assaulted or used abusive language then he should be sanctioned by the club.

If its not deemed punishable by banning.

Think that it would be a good move to relocate him away from his current ability to confront the singing section.

A few of my mates absolutely hate UFS for some reason, so they were hammering the group chat last night. Tried to point out what actually happened but they won’t have it. I’ve known some of the UFS lads since they were teenagers, so seeing them being called all the names under the sun as well as being ‘entitled’ just for trying to create an atmosphere isn’t fair. Directing anger at the wrong people isn’t helpful, it’s just creating more division.

Shows hundreds of people are choosing deliberately not to sing most of the time then. That's more a comment on them than it is on UFS.

 

Fair play to them for leaving as a group. Can anyone honestly say they would do differently if they were attacked in the ground and the club/cops just let their attacker enjoy the rest of the game?

Intrigued to know why from the ones celebrating them being attacked.

There’s just no words left to use about the KPFC lot anymore. The fanbase is what gives me the least hope for the future of this club. Absolutely pathetic and only a minority seem to understand football and actively want change and a positive future for the club.

 

What happened to no one person being bigger than the club? As too many of our so called supporters, do just that with Aiyawatt.

 

Hopefully if/when he f***s off, they will too as there will be nothing left for them.

The tifos. The work they do for the Leicester community and charity as well.

 

It often feels like there’s a snide dislike of them because they have a profile. It’s almost like there’s a bitterness and jealousy about that and a misconception that they think they’re somehow better/above anyone else (when in reality they are genuine lads and lasses who are completely open to anyone and everyone getting involved).

Ermm.. Aiyawatt and King Power do that too - and have done so ever since they took over the club, fifteen years ago.

 

That's part of the reason why the majority of our fanbase still give them the benefit of the doubt.

 

Regarding the incident last night, the individual/group attacked need to put in a formal complaint to the club - with copies being sent to local media.

 

Herlihy and co. have occupied the moral high ground ever since the episode at Norwich last month (for which UFS, unfairly or otherwise, are currently being blamed).

 

Fans need to act to reclaim this territory, otherwise Rudkin and Herlihy will stay in their posts for life.🤮
