It's quite something that flicking through all the teams playing tonight, they all look better than us.  Sobering.

Wonder who’s gonna start for us on Thursday. Literally two days away from transfer deadline and we are still on the same squad.

Early days yes, but lose the next two and we’ll be cut adrift to some extent

Does Michael Dawson ever shut up? He exaggerates everything to get himself centre stage.

I can’t believe they got rid of the four musketeers for these lot, only find sherwood entertaining

Teams attacking the danger area and moving the ball around?

It's not the personell, it's the brand of football that we've alighted on; it's been worked out and we're paying for it.

We won't start any new signings.

It'll be Amartey and Evans, we all know this.

We already are to be honest - lose Thursday and even a win wouldn't haul us out if results go against us.

Actually makes me sick seeing teams around us playing good footy while we continue to embarrass ourselves with pound shop Barca tactics.

It is to a degree, we’ve seen how it works and how it can be successful. But it’s clear our manager has lost the players, and with no wholesale changes this window it makes the reasoning behind keeping him at the helm even stranger

Tielemans?

Yep. Great performance v 10 man Chelsea. They've been done 3 nil by Leeds and now being done by Southampton. But yeah. We played well to lose to their 10 men....

Jesus.

I don't think he's lost them; he's setting the team up in such a way that we are blunt.

The 'death by football' quote is telling. He thinks that we can win games by having the ball more but there's so much more smash and grab these last couple of years. We're not playing the right football. The personell could work. The system can no longer.

Brendan Rodgers is clearly in the relegation zone of Premier League Managers

Embarrassing how poor we are compared to some of the other teams, Rodgers should be ashamed.

Here's hoping that  Bournemouth come in for him - that's about his level

If Everton won every week their games would last three hours.

Just book Pickford before the game for time wasting.

Yes, on Saturday

Are you sure, it could have been a meat sack doppleganger with an alien inside it. More likely though to be him, but his brain must've been a million miles away.

Doubt many would choose him as someone to fight a relegation battle.

None, they should all go on strike.
