He was demoted to goalkeeper coach last season. He did the crosses pre match and cine collecting.

Hate to be a smart arse, but that's why I can't get in board with Ruud. 

 

When cooper picked ward I was astounded. Horrified that a professional coach could see ward as anything other than emergency illness cover / cone collector

look at Ward's 22/23 season, to say he was woeful is frankly being kind

The 4th went through his legs so he should have reacted quick enough on that.  However, we were 3 down at that point and the 2 goals before that were down to absolute dog shit defending that Mads couldn't have done anything about.  The signs were there first half.  But as per, it's easy to jump on blaming him instead of pointing the blame where it should have been.  He's shit, we all know he's shit, but when you turn a blind eye to the actual culprits for the goals and just lay blame to him you're just letting your bias cloud your judgement.  That or you've got no fxxking idea what you're watching.

When Stol is fit he should be number 2. 

 

And we can use a cone for number 3.

If Ruud has anything about him, he’ll have Ward in his office tomorrow to cancel his contract. If the club refuse to pay it out, tell him to stay at home, don’t bother turning up again

Absolutely no chance, the club were supposedly trying to get rid of him in the summer but couldn’t because he wasn’t willing to drop wages

Genuinely, what is his level? 

 

Is he even League One standard? Or is he one of those Scott Carson at Man City players whom a big club gets in as fifth choice GK to get the homegrown players up? Ironically, you'd need to be on homegrown to think he's PL quality.
