The lowest FA Cup final attendance since 1888 was the one when Leicester won it for the first time.

Could be worse.... People who were able to get tickets were told they had the choice of either the FA cup tickets or final home game Vs Tottenham. And several on here went to the Tottenham game by choice 😂😂😂

By choice? I don't remember getting a choice. I didn't have enough priority points for Wembley as I don't do aways. I was also frit of covid having previous experience and family tradegy. I did go to the Tottenham match though unfortunately and had to watch that ugly twat celebrate in front of us.

I'd be more impressed if you were at Filbert Street on 4th February 1989 when we lost 2-0 to Hull City in front of just under 10,000 lol

I was there. Shambles.

2020 FA Cup Final attendance = 0

My 'O' level maths wasn't brilliant, but 0 is less than 20000

I  trust you as your O level maths trumps my CSE

Thing is, can an attendance of zero be an actual thing or is it just a concept?

Likewise,  we got one goal but no Chelsea goal  exists, should this comparison to nothingness count or should we play again until we have actual goals to compare?

and yes, i might take a break from the internet for a while.........

Waynes World,  'When did you turn into a nutbar?',  I took the bait so others dont need to

Quite the opposite Gamble, my silliness keeps me alert and sane in this serious and painful actual world

I was there. Great  day after being on covid lockdown.

Waited 50 years for it.Liverpool semi. Leatherhead,Harlow ,Shrewsbury

All whetted the Cup appetite. Unforgettable! Day with Son.

Gloat from me: I was at the semi final, final, and the Spurs home game.

Often wonder how many people can say that.

Often wonder.......... ? You must be even older than me and Cropstone to have whetted such an appetite, gloat away.

Sadly, I couldn't make it. I just sat watching Youri's goal and Kasper's saves for several hours, the next morning too. It wasn't even like the league title when people congratulated me, no one knew off or would have understood what had just happened,

Yeah when the club let those know who could go to the final, they said in the interest of fairness, those who get tickets for the cup final won't be allowed tickets for the Tottenham game to give others a chance of going to see football after so long

I’m going to start a thread for the of us who were at the semi and the final -

and then someone can start a thread for those who were at the quarter final, the semi amd the final

Rinse and repeat to leatherhead (H) ……….

That's true. However it wasn't a straight choice between the two matches. It was almost like compensation to make amends to those of us (the majority) that missed out. Shame that it was such a miserable end.
