Club middle management messing up with something. I am shocked to the core.

Something looks to be amiss currently. Numbers of supporters not being moved in despite applying and there being the seats there for them.

Spoke to the ticket office on the phone, anyone who applied is in but need to ring up and choose which seat you want to move into.

Poor communication from the club

Thanks for sharing this.

All those who registered for the section but have not yet relocated, will be contacted by the club via email with instructions of how to move in.

that's because its an awful idea

Why would a singing section to create a better atmosphere and a place for like minded fans to congregate at a football stadium be an awful idea? Genuinely very interested to hear a balanced response.

I think you’ll be disappointed as you won’t get a genuine balanced response but just one posters opinion on it in a negative way.

Personally I’m looking forward to the first home game to see the difference it will bring to the kop as a whole, being SK2 I’m right next door so should be good.

Honest feel sorry for you guys. When we moved L1 was most lively. This thread shows how the game has gone, they as in lcfc, now more than ever, don't care about support, it wasn't great back in the day but what your trying is dying.

I don't go much these days, it's sterile and its shite.

Keep the memories . The More money that floods the game the  worse it is for the fans. Sad, sad times.

Not the football game I was brought up with.

How did sales go for this in the end?

Pretty much as expected, 20% or so left match by match for members etc which is handy as they're the ones that snapped them up for the Cup games last season. Shouldn't expect much from it tonight, UFS aren't going as a group.

The fact we even had to think about a singing section in the first place is embarrassing.

The atmosphere in league one with 12,000 fewer in the stadium was a lot better than it has been for years now in the premier league.

It's like everyone has just gone shy all of a sudden.

The amount of dirty looks I get from people sitting around me when I join in with the echo of a chant we get.

I've even been told to shut up before

It's not that they are shy, it's that they are bored and don't get excited by it anymore but rather than admit it and give up their season ticket they keep going because it's a habit and they are petrified of losing it.

Seriously, there are a huge amount of people in the ground who couldn't give two ****s what is happening on the pitch.

Every ground in the land has a "singing section" in one form or another, whether it was facilitated by the respective clubs or not.

No matter how many people say it on various Facebook groups, the whole ground will never, ever be a singing section so it needs to be concentrated in one area to maximise impact, like in any other ground.

Agree with the rest mind. What block are you in now?

Yeah I think you've hit the nail on the head with that mate.

The start of this singing section really is some much needed positivity at the moment.

It's looking like we really need our fans to raise it this season based on the mood around transfers.
