You can’t beat the old classic chants, so very much disagree with cutting out them songs. UFS I believe very much want to keep the old chants going.

I have no problem with classic chants - it is only the songs based around violence that belong in the dark ages.

But for me, that’s part of our history. A chant that has been sung for years. Why should we let things like that did?

Whilst I don't agree with everyting you've said, I can at least appreciate that your feedback is constructive and well-meaning.

I know that point 3 will be devisive but do you disagree with any of the other points?

On point three, Evans and Fofana do have songs and both were sung yesterday. Granted, the Fofana one ("All we need is Wesley Fofana" to Radio Gaga) only got its first proper outing yesterday though.

Which I guess takes me back yo point 1.

Because one is about kicking someone's f**cking head in and the other is about killing people with a shotgun. Glorifying football violence should not be part of any fan groups mission. This goes beyond football and history and is something that certainly divides the fan base.

Well I disagree, most people can identify the difference between a harmless chant, and this thing actually happening.

I see where you're coming from with point 2, but on the flip side of the coin there are many who would say 'why don't they sing any of the classics?'. It's a case of sned if you do, dammed if you don't, I guess.

The Vichai point for a specific minute I like. I think that could make it more poignant.

It was point 2 that I meant (not point 3).

Just to be clear, I LOVE belting out a classic song but there are plenty of belters (Bertie Mee; When You're Smiling; Molly Maline; etc) that do not involve violence (which I will not join in with on principal and I dare say that I would not be aline in this stance). I did enjoy hearing 'Bring on the Sunderland...' on Saturday.

p.s. no shade intended towards UFS in my posts - I love what you guys are doing!

I kind of agree with you on that daft Spion Kop song, it's been sung for years but the only thing traditional about it is that it's always been crap.

There should be a set minute in every match where we belt out 'Vichai had a dream' for a solid minute.

Top idea...60th minute is ideal... also will help BR know when to make a bad substitution ;)lol

Firstly, may I say this is not a criticism of those trying to make the ‘singing section’ work.

I won’t be popular for this, but as I’ve said before, the ‘singing section’ is in the wrong place.

To create an atmosphere at the King Power, I feel L, P and P1 blocks either side of the away fans is the best position.

Away fans I’ve spoken to honestly say that they can’t hear the fans from any area of the Kop, except on the very rare occasion when the whole Kop sing.

The few games where L, P and P1 blocks have been up for it (often cup games last season where more ‘singers’ can buy tickets in P/P1), a good atmosphere has been created.

All too late now though, we will continue to have our ‘noisier’ supporters spread over three areas (L Block, P/P1 Block and the new singing section), which dilutes the atmosphere.

And so the people trying to keep things going in those areas deserve even more credit.

The club is responsible for everything else.

You’ll never get that happen around the away fans. Last season just proved with the European games, it’s a complete pipe dream that the Police would refuse to take place. The away support was purposely put in that corner from day one as it’s the ‘nearest exit’ to the train station/city

United have the biggest group like this in the country. Last time they revealed their membership numbers they had 3000 paid up members and they had to hold a raffle every week to dish the a available tickets out.

Make that 5000 members sorry.

I can't sing violent songs? Does that mean I can't fly over to Nottingham forest with my arse of a crow? :P

Depends what you ate the night before with that one I think

I too think that's a decent idea

Celtic do it for the Lisbon Lions in the 67th minute. Love that chant.

Definitely think it'd be class to do the same for Vichai regarding singing the chant for him at the same minute each game

If that particular chant is offensive to supporters of a sensitive nature with its references to violence then maybe the singing section could revive the classic posh spice takes it chant aimed at David Beckahm.  lol

Are you saying we should swap the family stand with the kop?

Seems a construction nightmare - wouldn’t it make more sense to swap the people in the family stand with those in the kop?

Hilarious.

in a word no, as Blocks P and P1 are now not part of the ‘family section’.

But thanks for your witty reply, never heard that one before !🥱
