FG turning out to be a bit of a flash in the pan just like the long line of groups at Derby over the years.

I mean it's not like they've ever really lifted a finger on any of their displays but they used to do 2/3 a season. Easier when your team are on the up I guess.

Would love to know how much they spent on that yesterday.

I don't quite understand the anger.

It's normal that if you have to allocate extra spaces for away fans in Cup games, then it probably means you need to move some home fans out of their seats.

https://www.safc.com/news/ticket-news/2023/december/newcastle-home-tickets

Emirates FA Cup competition rules stipulate that the visiting Club shall have the right to claim up to 15% of all seats for which tickets are issued.

Following comprehensive dialogue with the Sunderland and Newcastle Safety Advisory Groups, Northumbria Police and Newcastle United, it has been determined that NUFC will receive an allocation of 6,000 tickets.

Away supporters will subsequently be situated in the North Stand Upper and North Stand Lower. We appreciate some season tickets holders will be displaced by this stadium configuration and further information for fans impacted by this is available below.

An agreement is in place with NUFC to replicate a 6,000-ticket away allocation should a replay be required at St James’ Park and following consultation with the Newcastle Safety Advisory Group and Northumbria Police, all parties are planning for this eventuality.

More and more stuff popping up all over the place but barely anyone lifting a finger on any of it.

Template for a "group" now is a twitter page, a go fund me page to raise some cash and then taking that cash to the UK rep for the biggest tifo supplier in Europe to buy the stuff ready made at a massive price.

Arsenal pulling a lovely walk to the ground with pyro and all sorts, taking some nice photos and then all filling out leaving their section 2/3s empty in front of the cameras when West Ham take their penalty.

£15000 they spent on this. For context Sevilla cost UFS about £2000. Actually you could probably pay for almost all the full stand displays we've ever done for £15 grand.

17k apparently and now they have deleted their social media. A lot of Sunderland fans asked for a breakdown on the costs and aren't happy.
