SemperEadem Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 How much are St Etienne set to get out of it?

ronnup Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Truth is if it wasn't fir him being such a **** we probably would've held our for more, but we faced going into the season with him in the u23s and no money as well

I dunno. We’ve kept our reputation as not giving in easy. Without knowing the internal scenes, we don’t know how toxic it is or could potentially get. 1
Gazza3 Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Once again a greedy six club get what they want. The player gets what they want despite signing a 5 year contract. I wish we had waited until January and stood our ground. The league is getting so uncompetitive and it's turning into a real them and us. I would be happy to see the greedy six clear off to their own super league and leave everyone else to it. I know this wouldn't stop them stealing players but at least it would be more of a level playing field without them 4

Let the big 6/7 now newcastle are minted ,f off , shut the door on them and don't let them back in. Let their fans moan that their next game is against some team from Argentina that's kicking off at 10:30 ,our time ,in Tokyo. I hate the lot of them
Super_horns Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Has he said thanks to the medical team that helped him comeback from long term injury ?

There’s this weird Stockholm syndrome that English football - even fans of other teams - have when it comes to the premier league “needing Liverpool and Man U”. They really don’t. In the end I guess it was the 6 teams own fans that at least on a surface level stopped it from happening. But it would have been for the best - the sooner it happens the better.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Well I would have preferred more, but get his wages off our books and hopefully we can sign an adequate replacement in time.
