Echoing what others said but as someone who grew up outside of leicester I will always remember being at the stadium for that Steve Howard header. The Leeds fans were fantastic, as we ours and it was like the clubs pride had been restored in that one moment. Bullet header

My body yearns for the euphoria this goal brought me at the time.

Even now I can’t watch it without feeling unadulterated joy.

I don't think we'll ever see a game like that again! I had the worst hangover that day as well lol

I'd have to go for Claridge's shin but surprised no one has opted for Knockaert away at Forest yet. As a script for Leicester fans, it's about as good as it gets.

Last game of the season, away to Forest where we never ever seem to get a result, both hunting that last play off spot, winner takes all. Something about the tension of the day being against Forest and moving in and out of the play off spots throughout the game, to win it with a last minute winner was unreal. Stunning scenes in the away end.

Shame we had the complete opposite emotion a few weeks later.

I think I posted that goal on here recently. Like you said you just couldn't make it up better as a Leicester fan

Gotta be Vardy’s semi volley. I was in an Irish pub and all of course the fair weather Liverpool fans came out of nowhere and Liverpool were looking good and threatening to get back in the game. The Liverpool fans were getting boisterous, shouting, enjoying themselves, looking for their goal. Then, with us on the back foot well into our half, Mahrez’s skinny legs received the ball, launched Vardy on that run, the semi volley into the back of the net. And the pub: complete and utter gobsmacked silence. Pints stopped mid sip. Everyone staring at the screen in disbelief. One single smile in the entire pub. It was glorious.

Still sends shivers done my spine. You never hear a crowd cheer that emphatically outside of a title-winning goal!

For games that I was there 2 goals by same player stand out for me....

as already mentioned step forward Steve Claridge.....your winner at Wembley v Palace and your extra time, very similar goal , vs Middlesboro in League Cup Final replay at Hillsborough .....Guranteed us European Football ...

For games I wasn’t at has to be Yourri’s Cup Final winner

Vardy vs West Brom at the end during the Great Escape was sheer carnage

There literally nothing you could change about that goal to make it more perfect. The goal itself, Vardy's celebration and the delirium of the away fans. Simply perfect!

Steve Howard V Leeds at home.

Bullet header in the dying minutes

This is the one that jumps out to me as well. At the time, not knowing what would come in the future it is the best memory I have of how it felt at the time!

Another one that springs to mind is Parker away at Stoke in the play-offs - electric atmosphere in the away end - a little bit scary on the way out! A few projectiles came our way on the final whistle too! Great night
