Please not Dyche. Really don't want to watch 1980s Wimbledon style football every week.

If it keeps us up, this season, who gives a damn.

After that we can always change again to "fancy football" if we want.

Dyche brings what we need, whether you like him or not

And we are not exactly a tantalising prospect at the moment are we ?

Unless you are Rochdales manager maybe ?

Does he!? I'm intrigued to know what you feel it is he offers. Genuine response, not sarcasm.

Dyche.  Lives in Kettering. Load of actual Premier League experience. Had a break from football and always wanted that bigger club to really give it a go.

No brainer for me.

Build a state of the art training facility to have Sean Dyche drilling Ashley Barnes elbows and lump it to the big man ball tactics. No.

I know it's desperate but were surely aren't that daft.

His archaic hoofball just doesn't work any more, as you could see last season. Plus we don't have the players to play it.

Well currently we're on the end of results that wouldn't look out of place at Wimbledon, so I'm not sure it could get much worse.

Nuno

did well at wolves

Either Nuno or Dyce are good at getting a defence organised. Two goals wins a lot of games for either, an I have enough faith with our attacking players that we can do that.

1. Working on a budget

2. Defensive organisation

3. Getting the best out of, in has case ,average players

4 Experience of having to dig in and grind out results

5 Playing a team to the players strengths and not trying to make them into some dream he has of unhelpful possession crap

6,A decent transfer record....Cornet, Collins Tarko

We are in a dogfight with Forest, Bournemouth, Southampton, maybe Wolves, Fulham if they drop away and not too many others. We need a manager who knows the smarts and the ways to get out of a dire position. No team has conceded more after 7 games than us in premier league history. We aren’t about chasing Europe, we are now about stopping absolute financial meltdown. Dyche is available, he won’t cost a fortune and if Forest don’t start picking up points he will go there and keep them up.

Can people not understand he played a style of football with effectively Championship level players to regularly stay in the Premier League. For many seasons.

His remit was survival.

With much better players how can you say it would be just hoofball?

Exactly my thinking either of these know the PL and can sort out a defence.

Well yeah, sadly there is a section of people here who appear to be snobs, so they wont support it despite his experience

Then we are daft enough to fart around and go down

It worked for long enough with a piss poor club, he even got them into Europe
