She's old and thin so would only burn for a 30 second flameout.

And we've just spent £750 on dental treatment so I'd quite like some return.

Now I think you look like this...

The £750 was spent on the dental treatment for the cat but TBF she does have a certain resemblance

Well that's our heating now switched off until November, even if it still a bit cold in the evenings/first thing.

We have a 1000 litre oil tank and boiler. It cost 55p a litre last time we filled it up and today it's £1.35 per litre. Do the maths :o

Fvcking Trump you cvnt.

Ours has been off for a couple of weeks now. Won't be needed now until November, I find it odd with all the chat about heating costs that people still have it on. It's lovely out there

It is lovely out there, but it's still been down to 1 or 2 degrees overnight recently. The wife likes to wake up to a warm house so what can you do?

I just checked the weather for Leicester, currently 11 degrees and getting down to a low of 0 overnight. My heating would definitely still be on :)

If my missus says the heating has to be on, the heating has to be on.

Happy wife, happy life

That's offensive to cvnts, given the man lacks both depth and warmth.

On topic, heaters off over here too, would like to get some better electric ones installed instead of the old storage heaters I have before next winter.

Show her the wardrobe with a fine range of jumpers for her to wear?

Ours is never off. The thermostat just controls if it's actively on. It's kicked in for an hour the past week. With the night-time temperatures at 1c or just above, it'll probably do the same for a while.

I have adjusted the time in the evening when the target temperature increases to 20c but, don't tell the OH :D

Set fire to her, it shuts her up (apart from maybe  a bit of screaming) plus you keep warm too, win win.

For about 6 hours during the day if you're lucky.

I've spent the day in shorts and flip flops in the garden. Been cracking, I love spring
