Feel very strongly this needs to allow a choice between back bacon or streaky. Also between floppy or crisp. (Whether or not its smoked is less important for me.)

 

Thick slabs of floppy back bacon, held together by a horrible strip of chewy, undercooked fat, are appalling. Well cooked streaky bacon is the food of the gods.
