and I agree with you on cheese which is why I’m so surprised you like unsmoked Bacon. You clearly need help beyond what this forum can give you..

Feel very strongly this needs to allow a choice between back bacon or streaky. Also between floppy or crisp. (Whether or not its smoked is less important for me.)

 

Thick slabs of floppy back bacon, held together by a horrible strip of chewy, undercooked fat, are appalling. Well cooked streaky bacon is the food of the gods.
