I mean not sure that's the case Rudkin is DOF and spent all the money in the wrong places before that's on him. Not sacking him is Top's fault but the current inaction is Rudkin

He did do. And he was there when we won the Premier League.

 

But I don't know what's so difficult to comprehend that he's also overseen the demise. He can be both good for a period but also having run his course.

Oh yes I'm not denying that he was here when we won the FA cup, I'd argue how much of it was him rather than the capable staff around him covering up for his faults, the prem win he didn't take over until jan of the great escape season and Steve Walsh was still pretty much in charge of recruitment

It wouldn't have mattered anyway as Chelsea sold him at a loss.

Problem we’ve got is it’s only ever Rudkin that negotiations deals, so it takes an age to get multiple deals done. Can’t see us bringing in more than 1 between now and when the window shuts.

If no incomings it basically means all transfer related loans we are taking are being used to keep the lights on and the greenkeepers salary on the golf course. Would also confirm that Top is trying to pay/invest as little as possible currently.

 

We are 1 or maybe 2 injuries from being properly ****ed.
