True, Top needs to take his share of accountability.

But he only listed as steering the ship,   the problem is that no one is actually steering the ship since his Dad died. We just float around aimlessly without a clue - the whole board need to change

We’ve had years of this and no protests towards Aiyawatt ! Of his disastrous running of the club !

Ideas of we’re going to do this or that , a plane or a van or walk in on a certain minute in the game, throw tennis balls on the pitch but none of it will happen as our fans are all mouth and no action

The fact Rudkin’s still clinging on after being absolutely loathed by the fanbase just sums him.  He knows full well he’s miles out of his depth, but he’s too much of a coward to walk away because he’ll never land another job like this again. Destroying the club while we suffer for his ineptitude.

Vichai got his fingers burnt with Terry Robinson. He was outraged with the Top/Sven spending spree and ending up 11th. Brought in Susan Whelan and gave the post to Rudkin to work under Whelan. He was easy to control.

Whelan was instrumental in bringing in Macia to replace Walsh after the disastrous summer in 2016. Whelan was in charge of large transfer negotiations on Vichai’s say so.

Rudkin was expected to grow into the role, as was Top who was pulled off decision making post Sven.

Both failed. Whelan was sidelined on Vichai’s death as Top believed he was ready. The fact she sat around for so long post Vichai’s death is not a good look for her but the moment it happened, we lost all professionalism in the set up.

Rudkin now a decision maker despite not making a decision in all the years previously. Lacked respect in the game. Only showed up to the free Cpd offerings.

As people like Richard Hughes have shown, it’s not necessarily where you start that determines where you finish. Unfortunately, Rudkin was happy to sit in the role, collect the pay cheque and not step out of the comfort zone. That equals little or no personal development. He doesn’t believe he is the decision maker and therefore, despite his role, salary etc, when fans chant against him, he can’t understand why as he is just following what he is being told. It’s a cowards mentality.

Rudkin and Top are two sides of the same coin. Lazy, clueless, incompetent and reckless. If Rudkin was sacked tomorrow - nothing changes. It’s Top making the calls. Yes Rudkin needs to go. Cufeuntes needs to go. Glover needs to go. And many others. However, until the head of the snake goes, we will keep falling like a stone.

We tried the Rudkin out chants last season. Fine. Top doubled down. Chanting Rudkin out does nothing. It has to be Top. Top has to be the target.

Thats a really good post, thanks mate

Robinson was director of football summer 2013 to December 2014, long after Sven left the club.

I didn’t say Robinson and Sven were associated. I’m saying why Rudkin was considered and ultimately given the post. However can understand why you think that as the sentence flows just after the comment - it was a collection of thoughts not necessarily linked as to what contributed to the decision

Clearly he's rattled by the escalation of chants, despite it being a significant minority.

He needs to step down for his own sanity, but he won't. He doesn't need the money. He clearly doesn't like the attention. He's a cockroach.

To be fair you don't know that.

Not a chance he will step down, he's one of the longest serving employees at the club, he'd be walking away from a massive settlement!

He should 100% go but it won't be on his own accord.

Would love to know his salary and contract length.

Well Susan was on about £300K a year so it will be somewhere south of that. He will just be on a normal contract of employment or service agreement, I think you mean notice period rather than contract length. He won't be on a ''5 year contract'' like a player, for example.

Whilst there are people who will continually show blind faith to the owners and this regime, they’re gonna stick around. Those that want him gone need to be more vocal and more active about it all whilst also not stepping over the line.

The chairman won’t let things go because of his father. The chairman is quite clearly out of his depth but is in the ultimate position of power.

They either all need to start getting their act together and sorting things out properly, or get themselves gone.

Forget Rudkin !
Pile the pressure on Aiyawatt !!! he’s the root cause and has been for years !
Can’t understand why he gets away Scot free.

Totally agree he needs to sell, but out of interest, what protests have you made at the matches? You tell everyone else what to do, just wondered what you were doing. Perhaps just not attending ? So easy to tell others what to do in the ground as it doesn’t affect you anyway.

What id like is for the club to explain what's going on so we either know if this picture is accurate or not. If it was all on him you'd assume that might have been noticed, so if it isn't then tell us what's going on.

It’s not just Rudkin now. If you can’t see that KP are done here and are done as a serious organisation capable of leading a football club then you are also part of the problem.

No fan, no matter how they see things, is "part of the problem". None of us have any effect on KP or LCFC. This ridiculous "you're either with us or the enemy" type rhetoric is really stupid imo.

Some people really are beyond stupid. Any hope of a serious conversation happening is now derailed by a bunch of morons too interested in looking hard in front of their knuckle dragging mates.

But then again, suspect a serious conversation is the last thing such people want.

Really?

Because about 15 lads said a few stupid words, now we can't have a serious convo about the issues?

Imagine if this was the same for everything in life lol

You think the numbers matter?  lol

Its a distraction, one they can and have willingly used to change the direction of any dialogue.

Stop acting like it doesn't matter, as those 15 idiots have allowed KP to reset the conversation,

Those few lads have managed to get more out of KP than us having sensible conversations have managed for years.

Massive overreaction by some on here, few young lads say something stupid and we're acting like thousands have had a full blown riot in the KP and confronted Rudkin on the pitch.

Loads of clubs have done it properly over the years, we have a few choice words in a chant and suddenly our own fans shit themselves and start turning on them.

They got a rebuke. Nothing progressive, so do not pretend otherwise. They are turned on because it prevents any hope of progress and not facilitate it.

Did anyone see the mass protest outside the executive suite after the game at Norwich on Saturday? Green smoke bombs, angry chants of sack the board and your football is shit!

I stopped and made my 12 year old son watch as that is how a fan base should stage a protest, embarrassing really we can’t do the same at our club.
