See I know this is bullshit because there's no way all but one are giving 100%.

Not that my approval matters, and this is something that won't happen, but if he were to resign as an admission of his own failings following our 6 point deduction, I'd actually gain some respect for him.

Agreed. I'd boost him to a 1/10.

He has no care at all. It's all serving himself and his master.

Probably a stupid question but what football team does Jon Rudkin support?, if he supports us.  but if he supports the Redshite/ Sheepshaggers then it makes perfect sense!

It shows the absolute failure in the calibre of player we have brought to the club over the past 10 years. Overpaid, underperforming, sums up the vast majority. Until they are gone nothing improves, and whilst Rudkin is here the same type of players will brought in s thats what he whats to enact his champagne football.

As in like, how can he show his face - not anything more nefarious!

Can you imagine that in the King Power? Just wouldn't happen with all the KPFC fans.

"Leave him alone, we won the Premiership because of him!"

"We got free donuts and a beer - we'd be in League Two if they didn't save our small club!"

Wouldn't happen here as LCFC have very deliberately taken the edge out of our support. It's why it's so timid now. It's not by accident.

This was 9 years ago. People bemoaning the lack of protest, action against him etc should remember that certain sections of the fanbase have been in the trenches against this mob for the best part of a decade.

I think the supporter's of Leicester city are well past that now. IT'S KING POWER OUT for the vast majority I.m.o.

Its been pretty clear to me that he was an out of his depth idiot since the Silva debacle. I had doubts after hearing that Pearson used to hate the guy and have raging arguments with him.

Correct.
Look at the Derby game. Flash points in the stands which have lead to club bans. People stood watching that thinking why would I put my head up and risk that sort of stuff.

He really does have the black belt in the ‘lucky to still have a job’ category.

Other than making it Political and current I can’t think of anyone luckier to remain despite repeated failings than this man.

Apparently, even Mandelson refuses to be associated with someone as dodgy as Rudkin.......!

Absolutely not defending Rudkin but if you had a half decent career, would you come here? We're in the brown stuff and only desperate, half fit or half retired players needing a shop window or a pay rise will come here.

far from you defending Rudkin, Isnt this statement in itself the most damning indictment of all on the impact of his "achievements"...?!?

This ***** is so caught up in alienating people to save his own job he’s forgotten that being able to put the right people around him, would save him his job.

Can't get why he would still be around having the hassle. You would walk wouldn't you.

Same in most of life, with those in positions of power. They hold on to that power until they are forced out, rarely going voluntarily.

Whilst most of us with any sense of self-respect and awareness would walk, as you said, these people seem to have similar traits, which make them think differently.
Look at current world leaders. Lots of narcissists and delusional megalomaniacs, where truth is what they want it to be and someone else is always to blame when things go wrong.
Power and control is their drug, which always blocks out and overrides criticism, self-reflection and the reality of a bad situation.

Thats NOT what insecure people do in life/business....people who are insecure in their own ability and/or self-worth surround themselves with people who present NO threat or challenge to them.

Ive said this several times over the years on this forum....during his academy director days, Rudkin surrounded himself with people who he knew would be beholden to him because they were "lucky" to be in their roles as a result of his loyalty to them (Beaglehole, Peake, Crawley etc...).  Anyone who didnt show the same loyalty as his closest lieutenants were just disposed of or marginalised....irrespective of how good they were or whether they were right or not.

No surprise to me that the same behavioural patterns have been repeated all the way through his journey to the top...!

It is unfathomable that this failure is still employed anywhere, let alone at this club.

Is it?

Its been going on for that long that I’m not sure it’s unfathomable.

By that I mean it is not at all surprising, but the explanation of 'why?' can only be explored inside the mind of the nepo baby in chief.

I dont agree with this. There are loads of good players in league 1 and abroad that could be good players for us and would improve our squad and they'd be desperate to sign for us. As a club, our recruitment has been lazy and just seems like favours for agents. The sooner we stop using agents to do our scouting and actually start identifying players on an upward trajectory in their careers rather than overpaid former prem players, the sooner we can improve our squad and finances.
