I do like Mexican food but yet to find a good take out place that doesn't get all soggy by the time it gets here (i.e taco bell)

Same here. Part of the experience is starting with poppadoms and the chutneys. The Naans or Parathas always seem better in a decent restaurant than at home.

Finally got round to having a takeaway from Thai Esarn on Hinckley Road. Recommend.

 

Thai is now definitely up there on the short list.

Chicken tikka pathia, chilli fried rice, garlic and chilli naan, poppadoms and a pickle tray.

 

Filth.

A crusty cheese & onion cob & a large Eccles cake from Coombes or Hampshires.

But since Greggs put them both out of business & their food is shite then Fish & Chips it is. That's if you can find a decent chippy!
