Not sure - I was listening live from Austria.  If he is on the Monday Night Moan-in tonight, I suspect he will say all over again? It made me think could there is role for him at the Club in some capacity as he is fan and tells it straight.  Everything he said was spot on.

He made a big point about playing players that were running down their contracts.  Some interesting observations about Seagrave and the fact Rogers had to tell the players to clear their tables after eating as it was below them.

Usually found on the ironically-titled When You're Smiling podcast on BBC Radio Leicester website.

And unless we get this right first time, sack those who need to do, sell who need to be sold, and buy/loan who we need to buy/loan, I'm banking on us being in the Championship for a couple of seasons. JR needs to go first for me to have any faith that we can immediately bounce back.

Wow interesting. Beneath them to clear their tables? Wtf? I remember Pearson always used to talk about recruiting players with the right values and attitudes, but that sounds ridiculous. Over paid young men in those grand surroundings I suppose is the problem - a sense of entitlement and arrogant which you actually also see on the pitch.

The club could do worse than have a few ex pros on the board or at least in a consultancy/panel role.

Not sure if I miss understood what Pipes was saying, but I got the impression that it sounded like we were over staffed and we had people standing around doing nothing so Brendan felt the need to get said staff to do something to justify their existence, however in doing so it created a culture whereby the players expect others to wait on them hand and foot. Either way it shows how deep the issues are within the club on a cultural level.

If the club did bring Pearson back you could sack Rudkin and not necessarily replace him, bring back Steve Walsh to head up recruitment side and Rennie back to oversee medical and sports science side of the club, this would be a good quick and easy fix to give us stability and not have a summer of rudderless leadership.

Would love Big Wes to become our new DoF - lead our most successful period and clearly understands what it means to play for the club.

The stringing together of two coherent sentences might be a problem though

I think Piper does say a lot of sensible things. He’s very critical of Rodgers. But then he spoils it all by saying he loves him.

He’s a typical media ex-pro in that regard, contradicting the fact he hasn’t got a good word to say about Rodgers by then saying he’s a ‘top manager’. Like you’ve literally just explained at length, for the third time today, why he’s a terrible manager, Matt.
