Kevin Davis is the man credited with actually raising concerns last year and is trusted by Susan and Top 

 

Crapper is a friend of the Boss Lady at Newcastle and was waiting to join them once his personal circumstances allowed it 

 

Kevin is a decent man, understands the club and can guide us through the Championship 

 

it’s a bean counting role not a strategic development role
