I’m going to be asking for a refund. We all knew this would happen didnt we? I’m not in Newcastle. Live abroad and legitimately paid for service

After paying for this and paying for DAZN to watch the games that are not shown on Foxes Hub, this is really annoying. Complete incompetence. Not even a message on the screen saying “sorry, trying to fix it” Everyone is busy contacting friends and searching the web to find out that it is a generic problem, not a log in problem. Awful customer support.

why were we able to watch nugent and co just moments ago. Just switch it back on and let everyone watch for free. Rather than have issues because of the payment system that they set up

if its working for the odd person than it’s clearly a capacity issue. Which everyone would have expected. Absolute clowns. leave it to the tech companies that actually know how to design software

Tried Laptop iPad safari firefox logging out and back in. Nothing. Nothing is showing in my subscription and they had no problem taking my money
