Knighton Matt Posted 6 May 2006 Posted 6 May 2006 Bloody unbelievable. Seriously if they think this whole revealing it week by week thing is going to whip up some kind of interest frenzy when it finally goes on sale then they are a hell of a lot more stupid then i think they are. STOP TREATING US LIKE MUGS YOU ****S
The Stig Posted 6 May 2006 Posted 6 May 2006 do they already know who has won? if not why not announce it now, and if its on another 1 year cycle i don't think ill buy it
lookwhaticando Posted 6 May 2006 Posted 6 May 2006 do they already know who has won? if not why not announce it now, and if its on another 1 year cycle i don't think ill buy it They have a winner. It'll be announced in June. Why they want to go thru this elimination process I do not know - attempting to stir up some excitement during the summer months? (if that's the case, they're going to fail big time ). And that's one more shirt not sold - it will be a one year cycle.
Guest Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 do they already know who has won? if not why not announce it now, and if its on another 1 year cycle i don't think ill buy it Of course it has, the FT has given the result away.
Micky Singh Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 What a stupid idea by the club, eliminating the kits one by one. FFS this ain't no children's party, just bloody announce the winning kit and start selling them. F**king joke. has anybody done a poll on the favarite shirt. just wondering
The Stig Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 I am really fed up of them doing one year cycles, they're just ripping us off
Luke_Leicester_Lad Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 yep! same here. Thats why I only brought the away shirt!
Ricey Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 has anybody done a poll on the favarite shirt. just wondering Yeah, the whole competition was a text poll!
AyewJoking Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 I dont think the club should hype the new shirt so much. In six months time, they'll be slashing the prices and getting Muzzy to sign them so they can get rid of the stock.
lookwhaticando Posted 7 May 2006 Posted 7 May 2006 Yeah, the whole competition was a text poll! I think he meant here in the Foxestalk forums The answer is yes. Yes there was a poll
gjp Posted 8 May 2006 Posted 8 May 2006 Notice were really keeping pace with what’s going on .Some of the shirt designs are ok but the shirts that ive seen some of the prem clubs e.g.(Liverpool) have for next season are a bit retro and have a collar on and look pretty good as it goes. Still we will have it like that in about 2 season’s time no doubt.
Milky Posted 8 May 2006 Posted 8 May 2006 First design eliminated http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/...~826949,00.html
potter3 Posted 8 May 2006 Posted 8 May 2006 Once i got used to the tartan i quite liked that one, shame...
City_4_Life Posted 13 May 2006 Posted 13 May 2006 Eliminated The second has been enliminated, to be honest i didnt really like this one anyway.
Anish Posted 13 May 2006 Posted 13 May 2006 Eliminated The second has been enliminated, to be honest i didnt really like this one anyway. How that kit got on to the shortlist is beyond me.
Jamesino_LCFC Posted 13 May 2006 Posted 13 May 2006 How that kit got on to the shortlist is beyond me. Completely agree, whats with all the black??
Muz Posted 13 May 2006 Posted 13 May 2006 Completely agree, whats with all the black?? When you design a Kit Beattie , please share it with us
Nationwider Posted 13 May 2006 Posted 13 May 2006 How that kit got on to the shortlist is beyond me. The one with the black in it was horrible. <_< This "eliminate the kits" business is ridiculous. It's not building up interest, it's treating the fans like complete eejits. Do they have a sub-committe for daft ideas, or something. It's the end of the season - people want to buy and wear the new kit. Mmm, mmm, here's an idea.... just say who's won, price it reasonably, and get it in the shops, instead of this pointless pantomime.
1884 Posted 13 May 2006 Posted 13 May 2006 I quite like the idea of the elimanation process of the kits. It's keeping us guessing. I hope they do this for years to come too.

I'd be surprised if any other professional football club stooped to such depths of lunacy.
Magictv Posted 14 May 2006 Posted 14 May 2006 I cant be bothered to read back through the whole thread so could someone tell me when we can actually buy the damn thing. This is such a stupid idea.
Foxes_Trust Posted 14 May 2006 Posted 14 May 2006 I cant be bothered to read back through the whole thread so could someone tell me when we can actually buy the damn thing. This is such a stupid idea. As far as we know very late June or early July, so the one year cycle will be about 10 months now.....
