The whole defence was out numbered because Ricci had stepped into Midfield as per our tactics. Coventry changed at half time because they saw how to pull our defence apart

Pretty much the same as what we were seeing in the Premiership.

A goal down a lot of tippy tappy and no urgency with little ideas on the pitch how to change it.

 

A lot of the same issues still recurring wether it’s the first game or not, it’s not a good sign. 
Maybe mentally some of the players we were not looking to move on are just not up for a championship fight?

 
Winks having a good game but the midfield second half is getting walked over.

 

I don’t think 1/2 players are going to change this weak mindset they have, I think a huge rebuild is needed over the next 2 seasons.

No, it will with players who want to actually play rather than just coast and pick up their paycheck. With movement in front this will rip teams apart, but Vardy is past it, KDH doesn't have a right foot or a brain, Ndidi doesn't have a brain and is possibly past it

Saw how disastrous it was against Liverpool!!. 

Sorry to say it but Enzo's style of play isn't going to work... 

He'll be gone by November.

Are you OK? Where's the proof that it won't work in this division? It's our first competitive game with a new system and we've not yet got the players to produce it properly. IF we get the correct players in then we'll be fine

Unless we get a couple of influential players, a creative attacking midfielder and a goal scorer. This season we're looking at mid table at best.
