Brenfox Posted 28 August 2023 Posted 28 August 2023 Not convinced but the window market is open & anything thing can 'appen.
Lesta2014 Posted 28 August 2023 Posted 28 August 2023 Wikipedia lists him as a right winger and a right back? I’ve seen his positions played is quite varied from earlier in the thread. Anyone know what his best position is if you had to pick one?

He played all of last season (more of less) as a central striker. Got a pretty respectable return of goals and assists given Troyes were abysmal. But it's pretty much his only one stand out season as a central striker and he's 26/27 years old.

Considering he has highlight compilations on youtube despite Troyes being relegated, he would do well at Leicester. 1
Dan Posted 29 August 2023 Posted 29 August 2023 This'll be a Maresca link as Troyes are now part of Man City's network. 3 1

volpeazzurro Posted 29 August 2023 Posted 29 August 2023 Never seemed to have pulled up any trees anywhere and at 27 is hardly up and coming? Even Jamie Vardy was only 25.
Pliskin Posted 29 August 2023 Posted 29 August 2023 Looking into him a bit, it seems that he’s fairly good at linking the play, this I think above all one I the most important things for Maresca. If he has more technical ability than Kelch, then it’s probably worth a punt.

bald reynard Posted 30 August 2023 Posted 30 August 2023 I'm pleased he's gone to Lyon. Didn't sound anything near the sort of guy we want. The lack of other striker speculation, implies to me that Nacho must be staying. Can't believe we'll let him go, without an adequate replacement, (semi) sorted.
