Arriba Los Zorros Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 This is going to be brutal I will be optimistic and say 2-0 to the good guys.
Lcfc-1992 Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Hermansen Hamza Coady Faes Winks Ricardo Fatawu Yunus KDH Mavididi Iheanacho 1
Fightforever Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Would like to see this team Mavididi Vardy Fatawu Ndidi Akgun Winks Justin Coady Faes Ricardo Hermadsen HMS piss the league is looking stupidly easy so far. The EFL is in a state atm. Could easily end up having 120 points on current form. 3
David Hankey Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 (edited) Preston having shipped in 4 goals yesterday and LCFC scoring 4 today there is only one result on Wednesday, a magnificent home win. Edited 1 October 2023 by David Hankey

Pita Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 It’s going to be a very big game. Don’t think it will much of a spectacle. With them filling the goal with players..but a win will really start to show up in the table. 1-0 to Leicester
steveherbe Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Only problem i can see is me. Been to one game this season, only game we've lost in the league - and I'll be there Wednesday. May be an idea for FT to organise a whip round to persuade me to stay away 😀 1
beepee1984 Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 They will sit in deep and play on the counter and I expect they will be hard to beat, but I expect us to find a way and open up a 7 point gap to the top. Mads Ricci Faes Coady JJ (Although wouldn't be surprised to see Hamza start ahead of Ricci or JJ just for rotation) Winks Ndidi KDH Fatawu Iheanacho (continued rotation with Vardy) Akhun (Mavividi rested) Subs Casadei for Ndidi WMM for Fatawu Mavividi for Akhun Vardy for Iheanacho Hamza (or whichever fullback is left out) for JJ (or Ricci if JJ is the sub)
FrankieADZ Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 not sure if Enzo wants to give JJ 3 starts within a week, so either this or Stoke i think he'll be on the bench but can see Coady coming in for Vester; and Hamza in for JJ Kel in for Vards Hermansen Ricky P Faes Coady Hamza WInks KDH Wilf Fataqu Kel Mav

HarryDee8 Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Surely souttar and coady as centre backs again?

iancognito Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Given they've got Ipswich at the weekend where one or both will drop points, a win here is massive. 2

Simonb Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Same line up and win 4-0 .. but I reckon today's team will be the line up next Saturday, wholesale changes for Preston. Two comfortable 2-0 wins for me

FosseSpark Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Hermansen Choudhury Faes Coady Winks Ricardo Fatawu Ndidi KDH Yunus Iheanacho Justin looked off it to me today and he's got good history of scoring from LB against stoke, so save him for that. Mavididi to get a blow in favour of Yunus. Save, Casadei, Vardy, Mavididi in case we need some impetus to break them down. Ricardo tucked in off the left, Choudhury playing normal right back.

I'd expect to win, but if there was one game that was going to end 0-0 this season, this is the one. They just shipped 4, which is really unlike them, so I think they will probably be even MORE defensive than usual. If they come away with a point and an XG of 0, they won't care the slightest. The danger is, this goes like the Hull game and we get caught. They’ve ridden their luck a bit (more-so than us I’d say)

peterborofox Posted 1 October 2023 Posted 1 October 2023 Take the lead early and comfortable. I expect another slow game like Bristol C at home. We are finding more space playing away from home imo.
