Yesterday felt different. Finally got our first glimpse of the Leicester spirit of old. Still incredibly lucky as our defence is what it is, but feeling a lot more hopeful that this psychologically will tip us over the line. 🙏

It wasn’t that different to Norwich or Birmingham, it was the two hellscapes in between which have ruined us. Win one of them and we’d basically be up by now.

OK the midget did well but the same old story...where does our midfield go to in the second half? And why isn;t  Ndidi playing as a defensive midfielder to stop the opposition surge forward? The result should have been 5-2 to West Brom but the manager seems fixed .

Yea, Millwall and Plymouth were an unforgivable disgrace from the top down if we don't go up, and something we were intensely lucky to get away with if we do go up, such are the fine margins at this level.

I do feel there was slightly more of a willingness to put the playbook aside and do whatever was necessary to get us over the line than I've seen before under Enzo (or us the last few seasons) though.

Way more hopeful than I was midweek that the pragmatism and necessary changes required to see it through are now possible.

The midget?

He’s with Wasserman so would be easy to do. Although he is on loan from Celtic so depends whether the midget twat wants him…

he tried to move the ball forward, doesn't fit Rodgers system.

It should be a given, but seeing the players reactions showed how much it meant.

Heads drop when you go 1-0 down, this group should be able to play and get something in those situations but it hasn’t happened.

Some of the defending yesterday showed us all we do have some fight, granted we needed a huge slice of fortune.

Huge result for the mentality of this squad going into the final 3 games.

Coady came across well when he said, ‘we park it and look to the next game’. Top mentality.

With all due respect, he can’t get in at Celtic. He was good but certainly won’t have a big impact at the level above.

His record and rep at Celtic is dreadful. Think he’s the sort of player once defenders realise his dribble style, he’s sussed. He’s very right footed

do wonder if the Diang's shot/handball would have been given if it had gone in during the second half, amazing how it doesnt seem to be mentioned much

some WBA moaning about the ref etc yet against QPR, Kipre handled the ball on the line and got away with it....they went on to win too....

got to play alot better on Tuesday mind

football is all swings and roundabouts atm

Immediately before the double off the line by Hamza? If so, I haven’t watched it back but I thought at the time it was a clear handball but it wasn’t even being mentioned on here…

if you look, its the one before Hamza heads it off the line, clearly hits the WBA players arm

If I can’t get to a Leicester game on a Saturday (or they aren’t playing) but can make it to another game, I’d definitely go.

Not much different from watching on TV as a neutral. Probably even more interesting if you’ve got something riding on the game.

Each to their own I suppose. Many folk enjoy watching football live football, whoever may be playing.

Absolutely stumbling over the finish line, but I'll take it now. Big questions to answer over the Summer though.

The problem with this club is outcome bias dictates everything. Everyone knew we were rubbish in 2021/22 but Rodgers survived despite this (and in hindsight the fact they wanted higher than 8th that season). History tells us they will see the black and white outcome of promotion solving our issues when we clearly still have plenty.

If Maresca got us up and then went to Sevilla I think it would be the best case scenario. Ultimately delivered in his mission but I've very little confidence under him going forward.

Tbf, I can't imagine anything worse than sitting in the home end at Leeds while they're winning. Dreadful fanbase.

Yeah as I thought. Thats why I’m surprised it hasn’t been mentioned! I saw it at the time so was just checking you were referring to the same incident.

Obviously I understand like local non league sides and lower league sides where it's potentially easier to get tickets if you're local but going to other games in the Premier League/Championship I find a little strange I personally wouldn't do it. Especially promotion rivals and you wouldn't really celebrate if they'd score say a last minute winner so would stick out like a sore thumb.

Done it plenty of times, it makes it worth it when they lose.

Used to go often and ball boy back every now and again in the days when they were in the EUFA Cup and Champions League.

Went to a game this season, Leeds Norwich, genuinely the dullest game I’ve watched in a long time as a neutral. Left after about 75mins.

Completely understand what you and @sharpylcfc are saying but if there’s a ticket going last minute, I would tend to take it if nobody else is wanted it. The smugness I can walk out with can be brilliant lol

Away games, when all your mates are going, really does feel like you’re missing out sometimes if you don’t go. Not to say I follow Leeds up and down the country, I really don’t. But a day out is a day out every now and again.

The smugness of walking out and singing Leeds are falling apart again under your breath I bet you love lol what was your experience of being a ballboy in Europe like? Obviously if I got offered a ticket to go because no one else wanted I'd take it but I wouldn't go out of my way just to buy one if you get what I mean.

Yeah just the look towards your mates after they concede is priceless.

No I get you, usually it’s a case of, we’ve gone for a few pints and someone has a ticket so I’ll just end up going down.

Brilliant experience, felt like the whole stadium was looking at you but in reality, nobody even knew you were there. Atmosphere used to be electric with Stings for Yasmin playing.

I absolutely hate Leeds by the way lol

Anyway… what a result yesterday. 1 step closer!

It’s almost like he tries to find ways to be less likeable. To be fair he seems to be nailing that at least!
