Tell them they'll do a Brighton

They'll hang around for a bit and maybe piss the top boys off for a bit , then sink

But they'll win feck all

Unlike us🦊

They won’t do that, they will get sussed second half of the season, seen it with Nuno’s Wolves. Sit in and make the most of other teams errors. Other teams sit turning the table and they won’t have anything

So this was all Steve Cooper proving a point? Get out of his hole.

No, just that he was doing okay doing it his way. You got the team you wanted and it was crap. " Why isn't Ricardo/ Fatawu starting?!" Maybe now we know.

• I thought the lineup was correct

• 2 of the goals were due to terrible individual errors from regulars, not the players who came in.

• We made poor decisions at both ends of the pitch. Suggests the players are either inexperienced or not very good.
• Regardless of tonight, I think Cooper is a poor manager.

• Why is our record so bad against Forest? Are we a club of bottlers?

How bad must Coady be? We look like a team void of any leadership on the pitch. I'd always prefer my captain to be either a centre half or centre midfielder ideally. Of what is in the starting line up you see why Vardy gets the nod as captain, but I can't help but think that's what Coady was signed for.

How does Skipp not get on either?

He offers nothing of benefit in that system (the one we should have built on upon promotion and playing it all last season), yet he’s still probably one of our better players.

Coopers got a conundrum now and it’s because we had a poor window diverting from our strengths.

Not really, tonight wasn’t down to them and even if it was, the players they replaced make plenty of errors.

We were brilliant in the first half and deserved to be winning. It was like watching two different sides in the second half - was embarrassing how bad we were.

Cooper doesn't know how to defend in the transitional phase (counter attack) when playing that system which out did us today. Forest played a low block in the second half and targeted us with a fast counter which exploited this.

Cooper is just a really basic level manager. May find a way to keep us up but that would really be his ceiling.

Honestly,  how were we brilliant 1st half?

We had 1 shot on target and , but for an amazing save from Mads, would have gone in 1-2 down.

They ( fill in the blanks ) were better than us , start to finish

Can anyone with half a brain understand why Ricardo might be a little bit rusty?

Let's lose 3 games on the trot while he's getting up to speed.

Fatawu, is not a starter. Great impact sub against tired legs.

Was it me, but looked like we tried to play an attacking style of Enzoball in the first half. Second half I don't even know what we tried.

I had to leave at about 75 minutes, I can't watch Soumare in a Leicester shirt. What's cooper doing bring him on when we are chasing a game? Has he ever done anything to show he's the player to bring on in that situation?

Sorry my most hated player

Haha, fair play! I'm not his biggest fan either, but as long as Faes is at the club, he'll have to settle for second place.

He has instilled some grit. But I think he lacks confidence and tactical nous. And people are deluded to think we have a top half table squad to be honest. Maresca would have struggled with this squad in the PL as many thought before it started. If we can get a better manager, fine. But let's not delude ourselves this squad is other than good enough to keep its head above the relegation zone as tonight showed.

yep, because there was no other option to keep him match fit. not like he'd been on the bench every single game thus far...

Don't you?

The difference for me tonight was we actually started the game and looked like we had a plan. We wernt so squew whiffy, lobsided. We actually controlled the game (at least at the very start) which i dont think we have done all season? 2nd half different matter.

You're going to have to be less subtle, that makes no sense to me.

Well that was ****ing terrible 2nd half.

That is the best team we could possibly put out except maybe Vestergaard in who is still by far the best ball playing defender we have.

We are in trouble if we keep with Cooperball. Either far too defensive or absolute carnage. Problem tonight was that there was literally no one on the subs bench to bring on to change the game.

I think we just about have enough to stay up but **** me, 4 years ago we were in the top echelons of the Prem and winning the FA Cup and Forest were Championship level. Sad how things have changed so quickly. Well beaten tonight by a far better side.

They’re better than us at the moment, but they’re still crap. A good start doesn’t change that—they’ll be brought back down to earth with a bang. I reckon they'll finish 14th.
