I might rock the apple cart with this one.

It’s questionable for us to partner with a betting firm.

 

We’re also starting to resemble Forest parading the now historical League trophy at every possible chance.

 

Quite the winning mentality, considering that was 8 years ago.

It is what it is - a promo bundled in as part of the sponsorship deal. It's miles better than some of our signing reveals. 

 

Can't wait for this to become the most viewed post in X's history.

 

Rudkin clearly in charge of casting this very favourable version of himself too.

Should never promote a betting company like that, in particular.

It's called advertising, I get people don't like the decison but moaning about us not reading the room is rather pointless. The contracts they have with us are almost 100% going to include a base number of indidivual specs, like website positioning, number of articles, number of times shown on boards at the ground, number of individual adverts on social media, players interacting with brand x times and so on. 

 

It's not about not reading the room, the moment we took the money we're contractually obliged to advertise them on all our channels.

I have said before you take the money by all means but have the club increased their Safe Gambling publication alongside it? The social responsibility needs highlighting that's my issue largely with it (worth mentioning how the Gambling Commission whack gambling companies with huge fines when they failed to do so). It doesn't feel that way and the attitude to say Union FS' mental health leafleting is where they are so wretched.

Most of our matchday fans don’t want to use transferable phone tickets. I doubt they’ve seen a commercially agreed post on a social media site. I’d say the club are detached from the core fanbase by using technology at all
