Moyes at Sunderland was an absolute car crash. Did anything but steady the ship, awful signings - complete disconnect from the fans.

Whilst he has done well in some jobs his experience with them makes me wary.

I had completely blotted that out my mind. I forgot managed them and was a bit of disaster.

I just hope we at least consider the foreign options readily available. If they’re looking at Van Nistelrooy they should look at other managers with no pl experience. Van Nistelrooy had 4 games and 2 were against us.

Would be interested in hearing more from those more familiar with the managers from abroad

Few funny points from the Percy article;

- Cooper had intended to evolve Leicester’s style of play from Maresca’s ultra-dominant approach but fans have become increasingly frustrated by what they perceive as a team with no discernible identity.

He managed to devolve our style to clueless running around.

Maybe Cooper misunderstood evolution and thought it meant completely scrapping everything that made us good

This really shows how shite our owners are. I have no faith. Two wasted weeks then they sack two managers.

Really they are a shite show.

How are they going to sort out two managers jobs ASAP.

Just fvck off do the best thing for both clubs.

If it’s Potter it needs to be ASAP otherwise cut the faff and get Moyes, McKinlay and Nolan in.

This board won’t have a clue who Roger Schmidt, Sergio Conceicao, Kasper Hjulmand or Niko Kovac are.

RVN wouldn't even be in the conversation had he not been given a temp gig at Man Utd. Is beating us enough to justify him? lol

He was loosely linked in the summer wasn't he?

Not sure why so many are even saying this over the last two weeks. Immediate yes long term just another cooper.

I'm not sure it will be Potts. Moyes I can fully see happening as it's a very safe option.

I think Potter will hold on for the West Ham job. More stable prem side, good squad, big stadium and a London club.

Well as everyone here thinks they are a better manager than Cooper, basically anyone will do, but for me please no more miserable lookin fukkers, so that rules Moyes out

I think a lot of fans care when a manager does a great job then leaves.

Nature of the beast

I was gutted when MON left as it was a fantastic era.

A better opportunity comes up but that means they've done well at your club and the club is in a better place wether it's league position or value of the squad.

I'd happily take a few years of what Brighton have had
