Absolute shite and just illustrates the squad really is poor - Mcateer - a  Champiinship player at best starts, the centre backs must be the slowest in Prem history, full backs atrocious, midfield 2 you can drive a coach and horses through - an exceptionally poor side - really disappointing

CM pairing of Soumare & Ndidi also doesn’t fill me with excitement 

Disgusting midfield pairing.  One can’t pass or shoot, the other can’t be arsed to run, tackle or press.  I hope this is just his chance to see them play with his instructions and maybe positioned the other way round.

Kinda agree but also fresh start, or it should be. For me this was the game to let Stephy loose. Although I suppose it depends on shape, if the LW is the player he wants to cut inside in to the "box" so the LB can overlap then eh. Lets hope he learns quickly VK can't do that but then I understand why Mavididi wouldn't be as effective.

Somehow need to try and pick up 7-9 points between now and the window opening, really need home wins against W Ham and Wolves.
